A newspaper in Malaysia is reporting on a cell phone cloning scam. The scammer convinces the victim to lend them their cell phone, and the scammer quickly clones it. What’s clever about this scam is that the victim is an Uber driver and the scammer is the passenger, so the driver is naturally busy and can’t see what the scammer is doing.

It has often been said that “in a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act”. That quote is often attributed to George Orwell, but there isn’t actually any evidence that he ever said it.
But many years from now, people will continue to attribute that quote to Orwell. It certainly sounds like something he might have said, but it is so important to stick to the facts. Unfortunately, just about our entire society has become divorced from reality in recent years, and this has been on full display over the past couple of months. We have witnessed a constant flood of lies from the left, and unfortunately we have also witnessed a constant flood of lies from the right. As children we were told that “words can never hurt us”, but the truth is that millions upon millions of people have been hurt by all of these lies. If we ever hope to heal our society, we have got to make a commitment to return to the truth, and that is not going to be easy to do.
As I was thinking about putting together this article, a song that was written by Steve Camp came to my mind. It is entitled “The Agony Of Deceit”, and these are the lyrics for the chorus…
This is the agony of deceit
Promising truth for the lies they teach
They come in Jesus’ name
But they’re sons of Hades
This is the agony of deceit
Let me start my discussion by talking about someone that has been invoking the name of Jesus a lot lately. Joe Biden and his handlers are constantly touting the fact that Joe Biden is a practicing Catholic, and to be honest he goes to church more than almost anyone that I know.
During his inauguration, he put his hand on a very thick Bible. In fact, I don’t know that I have ever seen a thicker Bible than that, and I have seen some very thick study Bibles in my time.
He claims to be a man of faith, but he has done unspeakably evil things, his son has done unspeakably evil things, and the things that he stands for are unspeakably evil.
There is deception in almost every statement that he makes, but he doesn’t seem ashamed by anything that he has said or done.
Like so many other politicians, he is a great con man, but as time goes on more and more people will catch on to his act.
At this point, the radical left absolutely despises him and they have already started to riot. Sadly, the civil unrest in this country is only going to get worse as the radical left gets angrier and angrier.
For now, the corporate media is fully behind Biden and they can’t stop saying nice things about him.
But after decades of putting out fake news and after shedding any pretense of objectivity over the past four years, the faith that Americans have in the corporate media is at an all-time low. The following comes from Axios…
- 56% of Americans agree with the statement that “Journalists and reporters are purposely trying to mislead people by saying things they know are false or gross exaggerations.”
- 58% think that “most news organizations are more concerned with supporting an ideology or political position than with informing the public.”
- When Edelman re-polled Americans after the election, the figures had deteriorated even further, with 57% of Democrats trusting the media and only 18% of Republicans.
Over time, many Americans have caught on to the fact that the news is essentially the same no matter which channel you are watching.
If you doubt this fact, just watch this video.
Night after night, countless “local news broadcasts” read the exact same scripts which are fed to them from the same centralized sources.
Ultimately, more than 90 percent of all of the “news” on television is controlled by just six giant media corporations, and those giant media corporations are owned and controlled by the global elite.
Speaking of scripts, our most prominent politicians are also given direction about what to say.
After all, do you think that it is just a coincidence that so many of them use the exact same phrases and talking points?
It's a big club, and you ain't in it. pic.twitter.com/qcnYMlr7o7

It is easy to point out the deceptions of the globalists, but many that are supposedly opposed to the globalist agenda have also been spreading deception.
Ever since October 2017, one particularly insidious deception has spread all over the Internet like wildfire, and now everyone is finally realizing that it was all a hoax from the very beginning.
Of course, it didn’t exactly take a genius to figure that out. The very first two “drops” that were posted in October 2017 were obviously and laughably false…
Drop #1 “claimed that “HRC extradition [was] already in motion effective yesterday with several countries in case of cross border run” with Drop #2 alleging “HRC detained, not arrested (yet)” and that there would be “massive riots organized in defiance and others fleeing the US.”
Starting with those first two posts, it has been lie after lie after lie.
From the very start, I knew that it was a giant hoax, and I couldn’t believe that there were people out there that were stupid enough to believe it.
Sadly, some believed it to the bitter end. There were some that watched television coverage of the inauguration believing that mass arrests would happen at any moment.
If the “mass arrests” had not happened during the previous four years, why in the world were they going to happen at the very last moment?
It didn’t make any sense, but of course, the entire hoax never made any sense the entire time.
The truth is that there is no “plan”.
There never was.
If you got caught up in that nonsense, snap out of it and stop being an idiot.
There are others that expected a last-minute “miracle” at the inauguration because they were following charlatans that convinced large numbers of people that God told them that Donald Trump would still be president.
Those charlatans owe millions of people an apology.
In fact, if you are one of those charlatans and you are reading this article, I would like you to send me a personal apology. I have been repeatedly called a “doom and gloomer” because I didn’t go along with all the nonsense, and now you have been proven to be dead wrong.
If I sound upset, that is because I am upset.
At this moment, millions upon millions of Americans that got hooked by the deceptions are emotionally shattered.
Even some of my good friends around the country were deceived, and I am going to do what I can to help those friends recover.
The way back starts with the truth. We must reject and renounce all of the falsehoods, and we need to start focusing on what really matters.
Despite everything that has happened, the truth still stands, and the truth will set you free.

“Look! You fools! You’re in danger! Can’t you see? They’re after you! They’re after all of us! Our wives…our children…they’re here already! You’re next!”—Dr. Miles Bennell, Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956)
It’s like Invasion of the Body Snatchers all over again.
The nation is being overtaken by an alien threat that invades bodies, alters minds, and transforms freedom-loving people into a mindless, compliant, conforming mob intolerant of anyone who dares to be different, let alone think for themselves.
However, while Body Snatchers—the chilling 1956 film directed by Don Siegel—blames its woes on seed pods from outer space, the seismic societal shift taking place in America owes less to biological warfare reliant on the COVID-19 virus than it does to psychological warfare disguised as a pandemic threat.
As science writer David Robson explains:
Fears of contagion lead us to become more conformist and tribalistic, and less accepting of eccentricity. Our moral judgements become harsher and our social attitudes more conservative when considering issues such as immigration or sexual freedom and equality. Daily reminders of disease may even sway our political affiliations… Various experiments have shown that we become more conformist and respectful of convention when we feel the threat of a disease… the evocative images of a pandemic led [participants in an experiment] to value conformity and obedience over eccentricity or rebellion.
This is how you persuade a populace to voluntarily march in lockstep with a police state and police themselves (and each other): by ratcheting up the fear-factor, meted out one carefully calibrated crisis at a time, and teaching them to distrust any who diverge from the norm.
This is not a new experiment in mind control.
The powers-that-be have been pushing our buttons and herding us along like so much cattle since World War II, at least, starting with the Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor, which not only propelled the U.S. into World War II but also unified the American people in their opposition to a common enemy.
That fear of attack by foreign threats, conveniently torqued by the growing military-industrial complex, in turn, gave rise to the Cold War era’s “Red Scare.” Promulgated through government propaganda, paranoia, and manipulation, anti-Communist sentiments boiled over into a mass hysteria that viewed anyone and everyone as suspect: your friends, the next-door neighbor, even your family members could be a Communist subversive.
This hysteria, which culminated in hearings before the House Un-American Activities Committee, where hundreds of Americans were called before Congress to testify about their so-called Communist affiliations and intimidated into making false confessions, also paved the way for the rise of an all-knowing, all-seeing governmental surveillance state.
The 9/11 attacks followed a similar script: a foreign invasion mounts an attack on an unsuspecting nation, the people unite in solidarity against a common foe, and the government gains greater war-time powers (read: surveillance powers) that, conveniently enough, become permanent once the threat has passed.
The government’s scripted response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been predictably consistent: once again, in order to fight this so-called “foreign” foe, the government insists it needs even greater surveillance powers.
As we’ve seen since 9/11 and more recently with the COVID lockdowns, those in power have always had a penchant for enacting extreme measures to combat perceived threats. However, unlike the modern American police state, the American government circa the 1950s did not have at its disposal the arsenal of invasive technologies that are such an intrinsic part of our modern surveillance state.
Today, we are watched and tracked 24/7; data is collected on us at an alarming rate by governmental and corporate entities; and with the help of powerful computer programs, American domestic intelligence agencies sweep our websites, listen in on our telephone calls and read our text messages at will.
Now with the COVID pandemic and its offshoots such as contact tracing and immunity passports, the governmental landscape is even more invasive.
Yet no matter the threat, the underlying principle remains the same: can we hold onto our basic freedoms and avoid succumbing to the soul-sucking dredge of conformity that threatens our very humanity?
This conundrum is at the heart of the 1956 classic Invasion of the Body Snatchers, which was based on a 1954 science fiction novel by Jack Finney (and later remade into an equally chilling 1978 film by Philip Kaufman).
Body Snatchers not only captured the ideology and politics of its post-war era but remains timely and relevant as it relates to the worries that plague us today. Filmed with only seven days of rehearsal and 23 days of actual shooting, Body Snatchers is considered one of the great science fiction classics.
Body Snatchers is set in a small California town which has been infiltrated by mysterious pods from outer space that replicate and take the place of humans who then become conforming non-individuals. Miles Bennell, the main character, is a local doctor who resists the invaders and their attempts to erase humanity from the face of the earth.
At the very least, the film conveys a double meaning, serving as both a mirror of a particular moment in history and a compass pointing to a growing societal illness. Following World War II with the emerging military empire, the atomic bomb, and the Korean War, Americans were confused and neurotically preoccupied with domestic threats, the polio pandemic, and international political events, not much different from today’s populace preoccupied with domestic and international political drama, terrorism and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Yet Siegel’s film delves beneath the surface to confront an even more sinister threat: the dehumanization of individuals and the horrifying possibility that humanity could become infused as part of the societal machine.
Central to the film is one key speech delivered by Bennell while hiding from the aliens:
In my practice, I see how people have allowed their humanity to drain away…only it happens slowly instead of all at once. They didn’t seem to mind…. All of us, a little bit. We harden our hearts…grow callous…only when we have to fight to stay human do we realize how precious it is.
As Siegel makes clear, it is not Communists or terrorists or even viral pandemics that threaten our well-being. The real enemy is invasive governmental measures—something we now see happening across the country—and, thus, totalitarian conformity. And resistance must be against all government measures that threaten our civil liberties and against all kinds of conformity, no matter the shape, size, or color of the package it comes in.
When all is said and done, however, the real threat to freedom (in the fictional world of Body Snatchers and in our present-day America) is posed by an establishment—be it governmental, corporate, or societal—that is hostile to individuality and those who dare to challenge the status quo.
The mob hysteria, sense of paranoia, fascist police, and the witch hunt atmosphere of the film mirror the ills of a 1950s America that is frighteningly applicable to present American society.
Acknowledging that Body Snatchers portrayed the conflict between individuals and varied forms of mindless authority, Siegel stated, “I think the world is populated by pods and I wanted to show them.” He explained:
People are pods. Many of my associates are certainly pods. They have no feelings. They exist, breathe, sleep. To be a pod means that you have no passion, no anger, the spark has left you…of course, there’s a very strong case for being a pod. These pods, who get rid of pain, ill-health and mental disturbances are, in a sense, doing good. It happens to leave you in a very dull world but that, by the way, is the world that most of us live in. It’s the same as people who welcome going into the army or prison. There’s regimentation, a lack of having to make up your mind, face decisions…. People are becoming vegetables. I don’t know what the answer is except an awareness of it.
All of the threats to freedom documented in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People came about because “we the people” stopped thinking for ourselves and relinquished control over our lives and our country to government operatives who care only for money and power.
While the specific game plan for turning things around is complicated by a police state that wants to keep us at a disadvantage, the solution is relatively simple: Don’t be a pod person. Pay attention. Question everything. Dare to be different. Don’t follow the mob. Don’t let yourself become numb to the world around you. Be compassionate. Be humane. Most of all, think for yourself.

Today’s letter is divided into two sections: the first is the update on the bloody mess that precious metals are undergoing and the second is a summary of the hearing that Rudy Giuliani and the list of witnesses reported that gave verbal accounts of their testimony about Pennsylvania’s voter irregularities.
GOLD: IS THE BULL MARKET DEAD?
In short, the answer is NO. There are several instances since December 2015 where we’ve seen similar moments to this. These are instances in which the volatility index plummets, many events conspire to bring hope, and there’s the assumption that central banks might tighten and that there’s no catalyst for precious metals. These instances come and go since you can’t get rid of the underlying issue: more currency is created by the second.
As you can see, gold fights these moments off and rallies:
If this one follows in the footsteps of the ones we saw in June 2019 and March 2020, watch out, bears!
As you can see, in August, the price of gold distanced from its 200-DMA so much that this sell-off was due to arrive. Taking profits in August was very smart.
Right now, our thesis is that the best course of action is a slow accumulation. The value proposition is certainly the best it’s been since March, and in terms of the mining industry itself, the validity of the sector is well intact. The trend is clear — gold is heading down.
The median all-in sustaining cost is still $975/ounce, so mining companies are still able to report strong earnings, which is the key to understanding the reason we’re about to pull the trigger on the most compelling buy-the-dip setups, in our opinion.
This is gold’s worst month in four years!
Like we wrote two weeks ago, when gold’s price was much higher, we could see gold falling all the way to $1,750. These shakeouts are the best buying opportunities in hindsight. Traders surrender and it feels bad; there’s a sense of desperation about the future’s price action. We think we’re going to see that frustration fairly soon.
TRUMP’S LAWSUITS – PENNSYLVANIA
Pennsylvania had multiple alleged “irregularities” in the state’s vote count:
* At least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls
* Duplicate ballots were mailed out to thousands of registered voters (Pittsburgh officials have admitted that this happened)
* A lawsuit filed against the state of Pennsylvania for having more than 800,000 inactive voters on its voter rolls
* Pennsylvania’s attorney general told Ted Cruz to “stay the hell out of” the state’s disputed tabulation of presidential election votes
* Dominion Voting Systems’ corrupt election software system was reportedly used in Pennsylvania
Along with that, Giuliani cited another set of numbers that don’t add up. Pennsylvania received approximately 1.4 million absentee or mail-in ballots. However, in the count for president, they counted 2,589,242 absentee or mail-in ballots. How will they account for the discrepancy?
“I know crooks really well. You give them an inch, and they take a mile. And you give them a mile, and they take your whole country.” These were Giuliani’s ending remarks for his opening speech.
Could all of these witnesses possibly be lying in a public hearing, making up the very specific details of what they saw and heard? The mountain of firsthand evidence can only lead informed citizens to one conclusion.
Here’s what President Trump is saying about all of this:
“The whole world is watching us. The whole world is watching the United States of America, and we can’t let them get away with it… This election was rigged, and we can’t let that happen. We can’t let it happen for our country.” – Donald J. Trump.
The zero hour cometh; we shall see if these hold up in the Supreme Court or if Biden will be inaugurated on January 21st, 2021.

Research paper: Rick Wash, “How Experts Detect Phishing Scam Emails“:
Abstract: Phishing scam emails are emails that pretend to be something they are not in order to get the recipient of the email to undertake some action they normally would not. While technical protections against phishing reduce the number of phishing emails received, they are not perfect and phishing remains one of the largest sources of security risk in technology and communication systems. To better understand the cognitive process that end users can use to identify phishing messages, I interviewed 21 IT experts about instances where they successfully identified emails as phishing in their own inboxes. IT experts naturally follow a three-stage process for identifying phishing emails. In the first stage, the email recipient tries to make sense of the email, and understand how it relates to other things in their life. As they do this, they notice discrepancies: little things that are “off” about the email. As the recipient notices more discrepancies, they feel a need for an alternative explanation for the email. At some point, some feature of the email — usually, the presence of a link requesting an action — triggers them to recognize that phishing is a possible alternative explanation. At this point, they become suspicious (stage two) and investigate the email by looking for technical details that can conclusively identify the email as phishing. Once they find such information, then they move to stage three and deal with the email by deleting it or reporting it. I discuss ways this process can fail, and implications for improving training of end users about phishing.
While the election riots were not widespread, some did occur and arrests were made. Mainstream media is saying this is the “calm before the storm,” and the longer the ruling class drags this out, the worse thing will end up.
Concerns over widespread extremist violence failed to materialize, luckily. National security experts have also claimed that there was no widespread foreign meddling efforts in the cyber realm just yet. But mainstream media outlet Time says in a headline that this is the “calm before the storm.”
Votes are still being “counted” in several states and Americans are waiting to see who their next president will be. But even mainstream media admits that the problem now is trusting the government officials tallying the results. Tensions are expected to heighten in the days ahead amid a protracted vote-counting process and without a clear winner.
“This, in some respects, may be the calm before the storm,” said Kristen Clarke, president and executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. “We know that a big part of this election will be proper handling and counting of absentee ballots.”
Expect however is deemed the winner to have their win contested by the loser. Things could change and be swapped around too. For example, if they call it for Biden, Trump will contest the election results, demand recounts, and it could swing back to him. Just brace yourself. This could get very ugly. The chaos that is coming will be nothing like we have ever seen and personally, I believe the rulers and elitists know this.

This has been planned out well in advance. The following was written on October 8, 2020:
Whatever will cause the greatest emotional response from the public is the way this thing will go. That’s pretty much what they have guaranteed.
It was part of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s 10-day “preparedness plan,” which also included extra police and hundreds of heavy trucks ready to deploy around the city to protect neighborhood and business corridors in case of widespread violence. Chicago, like other cities around the nation, will continually re-evaluate security measures all the way to January 20, 2021, Inauguration Day.
“We’re preparing for the worst,” Lightfoot said. “Win or lose, someone’s going to be unhappy.”
Stay prepared, vigilant, and not overly emotionally invested. This chaos was preplanned. Do not participate in it.
The globalist agenda to enslave humanity continues to go forward and James Corbett is calling the scamdemic hoax what it is: manipulation to “crackdown” on people for totalitarian control of everyone on Earth.
If there is one thing we should all keep in mind, it is this:
The death cult that wants to suppress humanity has issued their warning: the lockdown of the world in the name of the global scamdemic is not the end of this madness. It is only the beginning. –James Corbett, YouTube
Corbett goes deep into the issue of the scams rolling out, as he dissects the latest attempt to leverage the climate scam on the back of the COVID-19 scam, and how both of these distractions are being used to indoctrinate the public into the death cult.
“This is not just happenstance. This is part of an agenda,” says Corbett of the coronavirus scam. “It is the continuity of an agenda.” They want you to “give up all your rights.”
“There is a death cult that right now is trying it’s best to suppress the human population and to twist the technologies that could be used to achieve such incredible and amazing things, for us as individuals using those technologies instead to limit us, to suppress us, to surveil, control, track, database and otherwise regulate our every move, our every transaction, interaction, on a daily basis. Everything you do controlled for the rest of your life. That is the sentiment that is being pumped through these purveyors of mainstream accepted ‘science is settled’ opinion. And it is up to us to not just say ‘no’, but ‘HELL NO!’ –James Corbett, YouTube
The term “brace yourself” seems inadequate at this point. All governments are in on this scam. Anyone who seeks power over others is going to abuse it, as history has repeatedly shown. When will humans wake up and stop allowing others to rule them?
It seems like this is all a last chance to get humans to subjugate themselves to the New World Order. Many continue to wake up, but until more do, we can expect things to get even darker on this planet. It is a death cult, Corbett says.
Really interesting research: “An examination of the cryptocurrency pump and dump ecosystem“:
Abstract: The surge of interest in cryptocurrencies has been accompanied by a proliferation of fraud. This paper examines pump and dump schemes. The recent explosion of nearly 2,000 cryptocurrencies in an unregulated environment has expanded the scope for abuse. We quantify the scope of cryptocurrency pump and dump schemes on Discord and Telegram, two popular group-messaging platforms. We joined all relevant Telegram and Discord groups/channels and identified thousands of different pumps. Our findings provide the first measure of the scope of such pumps and empirically document important properties of this ecosystem.
Law enforcement officials in Kentucky warned the public about fake drive-thru coronavirus testing sites set up by suspected scam artists who operated without approval by city officials.
Louisville Metro Council President David James warned residents in a Facebook post about the fake sites. In a video posted to social media by Matt Stone, photographer to the Courier-Journal, James is shown questioning and ultimately chasing away the suspected scam artists.
James is joined by several community members who question the organizers of the suspicious testing site. They offer evasive answers and ultimately pack up and run away.
One worker answered “your mama!” when asked where they were from as they scurried away.
James told the Courier-Journal these testing sites were “scams.” The mayor’s office also said police are investigating the reports of numerous testing sites around the city.
“At this time, we are advising residents experiencing symptoms to seek COVID-19 testing from hospitals, health care providers or government resources,” said city spokeswoman Jessica Wethington.
Two sites offered testing at the cost of $250 per test, and said they could provide results within 24 hours.
One testing site operator called the action a “slap in the face” and said he had been contacted by the FBI.
Here’s a local news report about “scam” testing sites:
Focus: Pop-up testing sites spotted in Louisville
Authorities are asking residents to be aware of intruders posing as “medical experts” who are simply just trying to gain access to victims’ homes.
What are the details?
According to Newsweek, suspects are reportedly wearing white lab coats and masks, and showing up at homes offering free advice about how to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak. Some suspects are also offering to “test” residents for the coronavirus.
Florida’s Daytona Beach Police Department outlined the scenario on Facebook.
In a warning, the department wrote, “They’re attempting to rob the house once they get inside, sometimes by force.”
“If you see someone approaching your house in a white lab coat or mask claiming to be a CDC worker, do NOT let them in,” the post added. “Please call 911 immediately!”
The Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Florida also issued a similar warning to Facebook users.
“The CDC is not visiting residents’ homes,” a post about the matter read. “During these times, scammers are seeking opportunities to take advantage of consumers.”
The outlet reported that similar type scams are also taking place in Ohio.
One local department posted about it on Facebook, writing, “Unfortunately some people will try and take advantage of the current situation. If someone comes to your door saying they are testing for this, close your door, DO NOT let them inside your home for any reason and immediately call the police.”
The phenomenon isn’t even isolate to the United States, the report notes: Police divisions in the United Kingdom are issuing similar warnings for their local areas.
One department tweeted, “We have heard reports that people may be taking advantage of vulnerable by posing as door-to-door coronavirus testers or Police to gain access to people’s properties. Nobody is conducting such tests. If anyone attends your property and claims to be testing, call 999.”
On Wednesday, Zachary Terwilliger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, announced that people were reportedly attempting to prey on the elderly.
“Scammers have already devised numerous methods for defrauding people in connection with COVID-19,” a media release pointed out. “They are setting up websites, contacting people by phone and email, and posting disinformation on social media platforms.”
On the “Steve Deace Show” Wednesday, Steve broke down the top five lessons learned from the coronavirus, formally known as COVID-19, crisis so far.
If there’s a silver lining to what we are all going through during this global pandemic, it’s that we now know we’ve been falling for quite a few scams — and they’ve been going on for years.
