‘How do you fix it?’ – Steven Crowder speaks to Clark County Elections Office about voter rolls

Recently, TheBlaze.com reported, “Conservative comedian and BlazeTV host Steven Crowder claimed that an unknown person or group attempted to engage in a cover-up by altering public records to hide the fact that a former Hillary Clinton staffer — who has allegedly been missing for two years — voted illegally in Nevada during the 2020 election.”

Crowder made a phone call Wednesday to the Clark County Elections Office and spoke to Dan Cullen about known voter roll errors.

Crowder asked if Clark County had required voters to verify their identification before their voter information is updated. Crowder simply wanted to know if there is a process in place that ensures voter information is updated accurately.

“How do you fix it? This is a person who voted from an address that does not exist,” Crowder asked.

Cullen eventually admitted that there is no law in place that can guarantee voter information is accurate.

Conseratives good germans Hate conservatives Intelwars trump Trump Supporters

Salon writer insults conservatives as ‘good Germans’ standing by amid Trump’s reign of fascist terror

Chauncey DeVega, a political columnist for the liberal outlet, Salon, recently blasted modern-day conservatives for “enabling and defending” former President Donald Trump’s “crimes” in a scathing op-ed, comparing them to “good Germans” during Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Party rule.

“Good Germans” is an ironic term often used to describe German citizens during World War II who claimed not to support the Nazi regime but who, in practice, did little or nothing to combat its terrible reign.

And so, to DeVega, because Trump is “a force of political, human, moral and economic destruction” and the leader of a national “neofascist and white supremacist movement” — much like Hitler was — those who stand idly by while he commits his crimes are merely “an extension of his political cult and crime family.”

DeVega’s column, seething in vitriol toward conservatives, shows just how terrified the left is of Trump, fretting over his influence even now after he has been voted out of office. After all, in a recent survey, Democratic voters listed “Trump supporters” as the No. 1 issue causing them concern.

“Although Trump was defeated by Joe Biden at the polls,” warned DeVega, he enjoys historic levels of support and “is now positioning himself as a shadow president.” Though he never exactly clarified what he meant by the conspiracy-laden term.

But in an effort to prove his point, DeVega lamented the fact that even after Trump incited political violence at the Capitol — which he characterized as “part of a larger plot to overthrow American democracy” — public opinion polls show the Republican Party remains loyal to him.

He also recalled that a recent Gallup survey found that a majority of Republicans desire that the party move further right, rather than closer to the center. In the poll, 40% of Republicans said they wanted the party to become “more conservative,” while 34% want it to “stay the same” and only 24% wanted it to become “more moderate.”

But this is where DeVega’s argument completely breaks down. Today’s conservatives are not, as he says, “hid[ing] behind fictions of plausible deniability for the evils committed by their leader.” Rather, they are celebrating his achievements and openly supporting his platform.

Nevertheless, DeVega argues that conservatives, “like the ‘good Germans’ of the Nazi era … are calling themselves ‘conservatives’ [in] an effort to shield themselves from responsibility and complicity.”

“Whatever ‘conservative’ once meant in American politics, it’s now just a flimsy rhetorical shield for fascism,” he added, showing he has no understanding of the American conservative movement whatsoever.

Democrat concerns Echelon insights Intelwars Republican concerns survey Trump Supporters

Survey: GOP is concerned about policy issues, while Democrats are most concerned about ‘Trump supporters’

A new survey found that while Republican voters are mostly concerned with policy issues, Democratic voters are primarily concerned with Trump supporters and the growth of various “-isms” in the country such as “systemic racism” and “white nationalism.”

What are the details?

The survey, conducted by Echelon Insights last week, found that the top concern among Republican voters was illegal immigration, with 81% of respondents reporting that they are very concerned about the issue. Following behind is the lack of support for police in the country, with 79% being very concerned, and high taxes, an issue that 77% said they were very concerned about.

Republicans also did express concern over issues not necessarily related to specific policy — such as liberal bias in the media, the general moral decline of the country, and socialism — but those concerns did not top the list.

Among Democratic voters, however, non-policy-related issues were of greatest concern. In fact, the No. 1 “problem” causing concern for Democratic respondents was not an issue at all, but a group of people — Donald Trump supporters — at 82%.

Moreover, given Trump’s popularity within the Republican Party at-large, you might as well refer to Trump supporters as Republican voters. In the 2020 presidential election, more than 74 million Americans voted for Trump.

Following behind Trump supporters, Democratic respondents listed white nationalism and systemic racism as the issues they are most concerned about at 79% and 77%, respectively.

Commenting on the survey results on Twitter, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro noted that many of the consequent concerns among Democrats, were “rooted in slanderous notions about Republicans.” You might include issues such as “domestic terrorism,” “police brutality,” “discrimination against LGBTQ Americans,” and “sexism” in that list along with “white nationalism” and “systemic racism.”

This writer’s perspective

The aforementioned issues, again, have little do with policy, but rather are negative characteristics often associated with Republicans by Democratic lawmakers and members of the mainstream media.

What’s more is the survey results indicate that for Democrats, though not necessarily Republicans, compromise is simply not an option. For example, in a hypothetical scenario where Democrats adopted a tougher approach to illegal immigration, Republicans would theoretically work across the aisle. However, Democrats would seemingly never work with Republicans on an issue because their problems are not necessarily with issues supported by Republicans but with Republicans themselves.

“Translation: they’re not planning on sharing a country with us, which sadly puts us on the path to a zero sum game,” BlazeTV host Steve Deace tweeted.

Crime criminal justice criminal justice reform Intelwars Political Prisoners Trump Supporters Trump supporters riot at capitol

Horowitz: As criminals take advantage of hands-off justice system, feds clamp down on political prisoners

For the past decade, I’ve been trying to raise awareness about the harms of the weak-on-crime policies being advocated by both parties. As crime continues to surge, even the most violent career criminals are released on little or no bail, a growing phenomenon that is responsible for most of the violent crimes committed in the country. The insipid mantra of the de-incarceration crowd is that we shouldn’t lock people up for low-level offenses. I have long wondered what they consider to be high-level offenses. Now we have our answer. It is you and me.

We are now living in an America where accused murderers and rapists with long rap sheets are released without bail, while Trump supporters are being held without the opportunity to post even high bail for nebulous charges of trespassing on public property. All of us want violent criminals punished, but as Julie Kelly of American Greatness found after examining 200 indictments related to the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, nearly all of them were charged with trespassing for simply taking selfies in the Capitol.

Take the case of Jessica Watkins. She is being charged with disorderly conduct, entering a restricted building, and obstruction of an official proceeding. She has no prior record, and these are the quintessential “low-level” crimes I’ve been hearing the left lament for years in the context of the discussion of over-incarceration. Yet the Feds are asking that she be held without bail because she has spoken to friends about the need for a revolution.

By that standard, tens of millions of Trump-haters could have been held without bail for the comments they regularly spewed about him for years, especially when they were involved in Black Lives Matter riots. The fact that people are being charged, much less held without bond, for taking selfies in the Capitol, with no evidence that they engaged in assault or theft, is further disturbing because by the government’s own admission, some police officers let them in. Last week, the Capitol Hill police announced the suspension of six officers and an investigation into the actions of 29 others because they are suspected of letting in the crowd. Absent evidence of other criminal behavior, it is indefensible to charge civilians with trespassing before this investigation is complete.

It’s also disturbing that they continue to lie about the death of Officer Brian Sicknick to use it as a pretext for labeling any and all opposition to the Left as insurrection and sedition and treating the entry into the Capitol differently from any other commensurate crime.

Let’s be clear: The only political violence that has taken place since Jan. 6 fomented by a group that wants to overthrow the government is from Antifa. Antifa’s adherents have committed clear-cut violent crimes, yet few of them are arrested and none of them are held without bail. Thus, when attorney general nominee Merrick Garland compares Trump supporters to Timothy McVeigh and vows to focus on “domestic terrorism” but refuses to mention Antifa, you know this is not about justice, but about a sadistic persecution. In fact, he told the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing that Antifa’s attacks are not terrorism because they occur at night. It’s all about a two-tiered system. Which is why, when Garland promises to fight discrimination, he doesn’t mean the systemic anti-white bias at every level of the corporate culture.

The two-tiered justice system is even more appalling when you examine the number of rapists and murderers who have been set free on low or no bail in recent years in all of America’s major cities. While there is zero evidence of any of the Capitol Hill protesters committing crimes outside that day, most crime in this country is committed by repeat violent offenders released under “criminal justice reform measures.”

Just to pick a recent example from Chicago, America’s murder capital, Oscar Grissett was just bonded out of jail again by a liberal advocacy group despite a history of manslaughter, robbery, and committing crimes while on parole. Here is his timeline according to CWB Chicago:

  • In 1992, Grissett was paroled from a two-year sentence for aggravated battery causing great bodily harm.
  • Just four weeks later, he was charged with murder after driving a stolen car and killing a pedestrian with it while fleeing from police. He received a 25-year sentence, but despite 100 disciplinary actions while in prison, he still got out early, even though this was during the two decades of “tough on crime” sentencing.
  • In 2010, he was convicted of theft and robbery again and sentenced to two 15-year terms and a 9.5-year term, but of course wound up being paroled by 2018.
  • Shortly thereafter, he was convicted for another robbery of a store and sentenced to just four years, but was released after less than two years in March 2020.
  • While he was on parole, prosecutors charged him with two counts of felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle and felony burglary in September of last year. One would think that given his rap sheet and the fact that he was unrepentant from three decades of crime, he would be held without bail. But instead he was offered just $25,000 cash bail, which was paid for by “the Bail Project,” a left-wing group that is against pre-trial holding (but would never bail out Trump supporters for low-level charges of trespassing on public property).
  • So, what did Grissett do while out on bail again? Police arrested him on December 8 for stealing a car and then holding up a store clerk at a pet store and stealing money from the cash register.
  • Yet despite all this, last Friday, Judge Susana Ortiz set his bail at $100,000 for the pet store robbery and ordered Grissett to go onto electronic monitoring if he posts bond.

Rather than pushing reforms to stop this leaky justice system, Gov. J.B. Pritzker signed a bill nearly abolishing cash bail.

The case of Oscar Grissett is not an aberration. It represents the prototypical career criminal who is never properly deterred or stopped in our justice system. It’s in this world that Trump supporters are now being held without possibility of even posting bail on charges of trespassing in a public building, even if they didn’t engage in violence and did not have a prior record.

While the DOJ and the DHS focus on the nonexistent threat of ubiquitous violence from Trump supporters, nearly every major city is seeing a surge in crime thanks to the reduction in prison and jail incarcerations. Philadelphia is experiencing an even worse crime year than last year, which was the worst in a generation, when Philly had the second highest number of murders on record. Over the weekend, the violence spread to the suburb of Norristown, where one was killed and four were injured while children were enjoying a night of bowling with their families.

Perhaps it will take the violence spilling over into the suburbs, where some suburban voters have become woke, for them to realize that it is the career violent offenders who need to be locked up to ensure their family’s safety, not Trump voters.

CNN Intelwars Jake Tapper Msm smear maga Trump Supporters

‘He’s lost his mind’: Levin TORCHES CNN’s Jake Tapper in fiery defense of Trump supporters

First, the mainstream media told you the violent riots last summer were “mostly peaceful” protests. Then they silenced anyone who dared to questioned the pre-election changes to federal and state election laws in four key states (Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin).

And now that the media’s chosen candidate has won the presidential election, their new goal is to “destroy, not-only [former President] Trump, but all of his supporters, anyone who voted for him, and overall to destroy conservatives,” Mark Levin said on his most recent episode of “LevinTV.”

Leftists in the media are trashing “those of us who believe in liberty, the rule of law, and a truly free press, those of us who believe in the Constitution and cultural conservatism,” Levin asserted.

He lit into CNN’s Jake Tapper for leading the charge to paint all MAGA supporters as a “terrorist mob.”

“Jake Tapper used to be a serious journalist … he has lost his mind. He was always a partisan but he tried to control it, but now he’s lost his mind. People mock him on social media. He has no professionalism anymore,” Levin said. “[Tapper] is attacking Trump supporters, and he’s attacking people who even question the election results.”

Levin played a clip of Tapper calling Capitol Hill rioters a “terrorist MAGA mob fed lies for months about the election.”

“[Tapper] would never call Antifa, he would never call Black Lives Matter a violent terrorist mob. He never called the people who rushed the White House and injured over 50 Secret Service agents, a violent terrorist mob,” he said. “When Black Lives Matter and Antifa attacked that federal courthouse in Portland for 100 nights straight … they never called them a terrorist mob.”

Conservatives Dating Donald Trump Intelwars Left-wing college students Politics Trump Supporters watch

VIDEO: As Valentine’s Day nears, left-wing female college students reject dating profiles of guys showing love for Trump, guns, GOP

Young love in the time of cultural polarization means, for some students apparently, that looks don’t matter much at all if a potential date doesn’t share your political values.

Campus Reform conducted an experiment recently during a visit to the University of Florida and showed students fake Tinder profiles that included political descriptions — and then asked the students whether they’d be interested in dating those shown.

What was the result?

The result? The female students interviewed — all apparently left-wing politically — unilaterally rejected profiles that indicated support for former President Donald Trump, love for guns, or conservative and Christian values.

For example, one female student said that while the guy donning a suit in one profile is “cute,” she’d swipe left because his description indicates he’s a “Trump supporter” — and that “Trump is gross.”

“He’s cute, but I’d probably swipe left because, I mean, If you’re going to put ‘Trump supporter’ in your thing, that’s a little bit too much for me,” the student declared.

It was more of the same for the unlucky fictitious fellow: “Left,” another female quickly decided. “‘Trump supporter’ took me out.”

Yet another said “no” because being a Trump supporter is a “definite deal breaker.”

But when shown profiles of fellow left-wing guys, their tunes all changed.

For one profile of a potential date who is “super into protecting the environment,” a fellow left-wing female was into it, noting that she’s a “sustainability minor” at the school. Another woman said she’d also swipe right for him since she believes climate change is big problem.

And when the women were shown a profile of a left-wing guy whose face was obscured by a mask, it didn’t seem to matter — they dug the “Black Lives Matter” sign next to him in the photo.

“We share the same values,” one woman said enthusiastically.

“Definitely right,” another female student said, adding that “this is exactly like, what I would be attracted to.”

But wait!

Campus Reform didn’t interview women only. Next up were the fellas. And as a whole they were less staunch when it came to profiles of women whose politics may differ from theirs — and they didn’t do as much revealing of their specific values, either.

So does this unscientific sample indicate anything significant? We’ll leave that for you to decide.

Blue Lives Matter Capitol riots Don Lemon Donald Trump family values Impeachment trial Intelwars Pro-police Trump Supporters

Don Lemon gets dramatic again, declares Trump supporters aren’t allowed to yell ‘Blue Lives Matter’ anymore due to Capitol riot

CNN anchor Don Lemon declared that supporters of former President Donald Trump are no longer allowed to yell “Blue Lives Matter” or urge others to support police due to last month’s Capitol riots.

What are the details?

On his Tuesday program, Lemon ran a clip of rioters battling police at the U.S. Capitol — and then slid right into a dramatic voice, making use of extra-long pauses between phrases to milk his monologue for it was worth.

“Blue lives matter, huh?” he asked condescendingly before shifting to a gruff growl: “Law and order! Law and order! Blue lives matter! Respect the flags! Respect law enforcement! Why don’t you just comply!

After a lengthy pause, Lemon shifted to chastising school teacher mode: “Don’t you dare even say that again if you can stand by after that video and give Donald Trump — of all people, Donald Trump — … and his mob a pass. If you can do that, I don’t ever want to hear that again. I don’t want to hear that from you. I don’t want to hear family values from you. I don’t want to hear respect police officers from you. Don’t wanna hear it. No moral high ground to stand on.”

Following another dramatic pause, Lemon offered an intense plea: “Look whose on your side there.” Another pause, and then: “There have been a lot of lies. We’ve been warning you about all the lies.”

He added that Trump “was a liar and is a liar” and that his “enablers” also told “lies” — and “even after the Capitol insurrection [they] tried to overturn the Electoral College vote.”

Lemon, the wise philosopher?

“The problem with lies is that they fall apart,” Lemon lectured. “They always fall apart. The truth always comes out.” Soon he sneered at Trump and what “that mob did.”

Lemon then ran a clip of a Trump impeachment manager, Democratic U.S. Rep. David Cicilline of Rhode Island, who on Tuesday asked lawmakers, “Does anyone in this chamber honestly believe that — but for the conduct of [former] President Trump — … that attack at the Capitol would have occurred? Does anybody believe that?”

With that, the camera shifted back to Lemon, who wondered with more drama in his voice, “Do you believe that? … Would any of this had happened if it hadn’t been for Donald Trump?”

anti-Trump Donald Trump hezbollah Intelwars Los Angeles Times Louis Farrakhan Trump Supporters writer

Writer hates everything ‘Trumpites’ next door stand for — except they just plowed her? driveway for free. Now she’s stumped.

Los Angeles Times columnist Virginia Heffernan was legit flummoxed.

“Oh, heck no,” she began her Friday piece. “The Trumpites next door to our pandemic getaway, who seem as devoted to the ex-president as you can get without being Q fans, just plowed our driveway without being asked and did a great job.

It’s apparently a really big problem when the demonized demonstrate that they’re not the Devil, eh? Even when they supported former President Donald Trump.

“How am I going to resist demands for unity in the face of this act of aggressive niceness?” she asked. “Of course, on some level, I realize I owe them thanks — and, man, it really looks like the guy back-dragged the driveway like a pro — but how much thanks?”

Is this a fly-on-the-wall view of leftism?

The “Trumpites,” as she calls them, did the job without asking for any money. Not that neighbors typically do things for each other without being asked and then come back the next day with a bill, but whatever.

Unfortunately, the clearly wary Heffernan then invoked Hezzbollah and Louis Farrakhan to further her argument:

Hezbollah, the Shiite Islamist political party in Lebanon, also gives things away for free. The favors Hezbollah does for people in the cities Tyre and Sidon probably don’t involve snowplows, but, like other mafias, Hezbollah tends to its own — the Shiite sick, elderly and hungry. They offer protection and hospitality and win loyalty that way. And they also demand devotion to their brutal, us-versus-them anti-Sunni cause. Some of us are family, the favors say; the rest are infidels.

The same is true with Louis Farrakhan, who currently helms the Nation of Islam. While the Southern Poverty Law Center classifies him as a dangerous anti-Semite, much of his flock says he’s just a little screwy and unfailingly magnanimous. To them.

She was able to admit that “when someone helps you when you’re down, or snowed in, it’s almost impossible to regard them as a blight on the world. In fact, you’re more likely to be overwhelmed with gratitude and convinced of the person’s inherent goodness.” As well as, “Loving your neighbor is evidently much easier when your neighborhood is full of people just like you.”

The problem for Heffernan is that those same neighbors who kindly plowed her driveway also “supported a man who showed near-murderous contempt for the majority of Americans. They kept him in business with their support.”

The verdict?

Finally, she decided that she would offer “a wave and a thanks, a minimal start on building back trust. I’m not ready to knock on the door with a covered dish yet.”

Heffernan concluded her piece thusly:

I also can’t give my neighbors absolution; it’s not mine to give. Free driveway work, as nice as it is, is just not the same currency as justice and truth. To pretend it is would be to lie, and they probably aren’t looking for absolution anyway.

But I can offer a standing invitation to make amends. Not with a snowplow but by recognizing the truth about the Trump administration and, more important, by working for justice for all those whom the administration harmed. Only when we work shoulder to shoulder to repair the damage of the last four years will we even begin to dig out of this storm.

How did folks react?

By all accounts, her ingrained position appears strangely — and chillingly — similar to that of other hardcore leftists: Trump supporters don’t really deserve any mercy or regard until they confess their wayward views. Then maybe, possibly, perhaps — if all the stars align — absolution maybe, possibly, perhaps can be offered.

Here’s how others reacted after Heffernan tweeted out her column:

  • “As a Trump supporter who shoveled my liberal neighbors driveway 2x last week you know what I was thinking? Nothing. I just did it,” one commenter said. “When my kids saw, they fought over who got to help next. Politics aside, I’m a nice person, raising nice people. My neighbors? They’re nice too.”
  • “When gifted with the milk of human kindness, you decide it’s better to make it curdle,” another user said. “Your soul is broken. I feel pity for you.”
  • “This is one of the most appalling op-eds I’ve ever read,” another commenter wrote. “The complete dearth of humanity; the seething, insular, self-satisfied resentment…if a neighbor reads this and doesn’t immediately pile snow on your house, they will continue, admirably, to exceed you in basic decency.”
  • “This is satire, right? Tell me it’s satire,” another user begged. “He plowed a driveway; he didn’t ask for your hand in marriage. I’m a Trumpster. I cook dinner & gourmet (I hope) snacks for my (black) Democrat neighbors because I like them, & that’s what neighbors do. Take a freaking BREATH!”

Cancel culture Capitol riots Donald Trump FBI Intelwars Kathy Griffin Left-wing hollywood Revenge Trump Supporters

How does petty leftist Kathy Griffin get back at pro-Trump citizen who called her ‘despicable’? By reporting citizen to FBI.

Left-wing celebrities typically ignore Twitter posts criticizing them. After all, who really cares, and who has the time?

But Kathy Griffin apparently is still living life on the D-list — and would appear to have plenty of free space on her calendar to joust with regular folk.

What happened?

Danielle McCarty – aka “Muscle Mommy Fit” and “Fit Patriot Mom” online – blasted Griffin on Jan. 9 as “despicable” for tweeting an image with a plastic severed head that looked like former President Donald Trump and the message, “Just resign now. You lost. It[‘]s over,” LGBTQ Nation reported.

Regarding that severed head image, who can forget Griffin posing with a bloody, decapitated Trump head during a 2017 photo shoot, after which she apologized in the wake of massive backlash? The stunt earned her a visit from the Secret Service. Later that year Griffin took back her apology.

Anyway, Griffin apparently deleted her tweet that angered McCarty — but the Trump-hating comic wasn’t about to endure criticism from the all-powerful “Fit Patriot Mom” without fighting back in front of her 2.1 million followers:

“Oh, you shouldn’t have tagged me,” Griffin tweeted back at McCarty. “You were there on Jan 6. You pulled your video, but I found it. Looks like you’re a domestic terrorist and now we all know it, @musclemommyfit.”

By “there,” Griffin meant the Capitol riots.

LBGTQ Nation said someone then sent Griffin an archived copy of a video McCarty posted to Parler showing her in front of the Capitol wearing a red “TRUMP” hat.

With that, Griffin tweeted the following:

“Hi Danielle. @musclemommyfit,” Griffin began. “What’s that you called me, again? Ah yes, the despicable Kathy Griffin. Well, the FBI now has this video, as well as the other ones you’re featured in.”

Here’s one of the clips:

Danielle McCarty at Capitol insurrection

youtu.be

“We got teargassed when we were in the middle of a prayer,” McCarty said in the video. “We weren’t even trying to rush the cops or anything. We were kneeling down and praying.”

Of course, there’s no evidence from the above clip that McCarty entered the Capitol — she’s merely standing outside.

But was Griffin done? Not a chance. After all, she had to utterly vanquish a woman who dared call her “despicable.” So Griffin dug into McCarty’s Instagram and tweeted images from it:

What now?

McCarty’s Twitter account – @musclemommyfit – has since been deleted, LBGTQ Nation reported, adding that her Instagram account is now private.

Griffin, on the other hand, still appears to be in a lather over McCarty’s insolence, posting another tweet with other social media addresses where she says McCarty can be found.

Anything else?

As readers of TheBlaze know all too well, Griffin’s Trump hatred — even beyond the severed head deal — is legendary:

Nancy Sinatra: ‘I’ll never forgive people that voted for Trump, ever. I have an angry place inside of me.’

Nancy Sinatra has never been a fan of Donald Trump, and was an extremely outspoken critic of him as president. Even now, after Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election, the 80-year-old singer is still fixated on Trump, claiming that his presidency caused her to have “an angry place inside of me.”

The daughter of Frank Sinatra gave an interview to The Guardian, where she admits to feeling depressed “about everything.” Nancy divulged that she has been isolated since March because of the coronavirus pandemic.

“The last four years, though, have taken a toll on her mental health,” The Guardian wrote in the article published on Friday.

“I couldn’t believe that this great nation had sunk so low,” Sinatra exclaimed. “I’ll never forgive the people that voted for him, ever. I have an angry place inside of me now. I hope it doesn’t kill me.”

Sinatra confesses, “We squeaked by [in the election]. I don’t know what I would have done if Biden had lost. It crossed my mind to move to another country.”

Sinatra has attacked Trump supporters in the past. In 2018, Sinatra said she loathes people who voted for Trump, “especially the women.”

In response to a Kamala Harris tweet about then-Trump’s nominees for the Supreme Court of the United States, Sinatra wrote: “This is the one issue that makes me despise people who voted for @realDonaldTrump , especially the women. Either they didn’t think things through or they are just ignorant. @HillaryClinton warned us but here we are, facing a disaster. I’m worried about future generations.”

In 2017, there were reports that then-President Trump danced with Melania Trump at the Liberty Ball to Frank Sinatra’s iconic 1969 song “My Way.” Nancy reacted with a since-deleted tweet that read: “Just remember the first line of the song.” “My Way” begins with the lyrics “And now the end is near.”

Now, Nancy accepts that she “was probably too outspoken for my own good” regarding her squawking about Trump. “But my passion was running so high.”

Nancy boasts that she never utters the former president by name, “I’ve always tried desperately never to mention it, and if I did it would have been with a lowercase ‘t.'”

In Trump’s final flight on Air Force One, hours before his term ended, the presidential plane left Washington, D.C. to the soundtrack of Frank Sinatra’s “My Way.”

Public school staff member calls ‘white privileged Trump supporters … scum and a plague upon the world’ in profanity-laced post

A New York state public school staff member recently posted a profanity-laced Facebook message calling supporters of former President Donald Trump “scum,” “a plague upon the world,” and “white privileged” — and now the school district is looking into the matter.

What are the details?

The post is from Brandon Mendoza of the Rome City School District, according to multiple outlets. Rome is located in upstate New York, about 45 minutes east of Syracuse. News outlets have characterized Mendoza as a teacher, but Superintendent Peter Blake would only address the “comments of a staff member.”

While WIBX-AM reported that Mendoza’s message has been deleted, another Facebook user posted a screenshot of it:

The post reads, “Just want to remind the white privileged Trump supporters, who are eerily silent as of late, that you’re scum and yourself a plague upon the world. I hope the universe blesses you with infertility and the inability to piss without it hurting. Y’all extinct. Go the f*** away. Be shameful. We will never forget.”

The post concludes, “Oh, and if you’re family or you consider yourself a close friend and voted for him, go f*** yourself. I will gladly take a bereavement day at the spa when you expire.”

The school district on Friday didn’t immediately return phone calls from TheBlaze asking for more information about Mendoza. But a comment under the latter Facebook post indicated he works at Bellamy Elementary School in the district. A family handbook for the school’s 2019-20 academic year showed a B. Mendoza listed under support staff as “ENL,” which stands for English as a New Language in New York State.

What did the superintendent have to say?

Superintendent Blake issued a statement on the matter, WKTV-TV reported: “Thank you to everyone who reached out to express their concern and disappointment caused by the comments of a staff member. Our district believes in equity & tolerance and the individual’s comments do not reflect those values. While we cannot speak publicly about personnel-related issues, I can assure you that we are addressing the situation with our legal counsel and the State Education Department. On behalf of all Rome City School District employees, I am sorry that our school community was represented in such a negative light.”

The Rome Sentinel reported that Blake later was asked if his statement was about a district teacher’s social media message against Trump supporters. Blake replied that it “was in reference to a staff member wishing harm on people” and had “nothing to do with politics,” the paper said.

Blake added “hate is hate, and wishing harm on people is not OK…regardless of political opinions or viewpoints of the world. It is not what public schools anywhere represent and certainly not the ideals of our school community in Rome,” the Sentinel reported.

Backlash hits Katie Couric’s ‘Jeopardy!’ guest host plans over ‘deprogram’ Trump supporters remark: report

Katie Couric’s opportunity to guest host “Jeopardy!” is reportedly in danger after she advocated last week that supporters of former President Donald Trump should be “deprogrammed.”

What’s the background?

As TheBlaze reported, Couric suggested on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” that America needs to explore how to “deprogram” Trump supporters.

Couric was speaking with show host Bill Maher about the deadly violence at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 and Trump’s effort to challenge the results of the election.

“I mean, it’s really bizarre, isn’t it, when you think about how AWOL so many of these members of Congress have gotten. But I also think some of them are believing the garbage that they are being fed 24/7 on the internet, by their constituents, and they bought into this big lie,” Couric said.

“And the question is how are we going to really almost deprogram these people who have signed up for the cult of Trump,” she declared.

What’s happening now?

According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Couric’s comments have her in hot water with “Jeopardy!” producers, who believe that Couric’s remarks offended the core audience of the legendary game show.

“The ‘Jeopardy!’ audience is very conservative. And the show has always steered clear of politics,” the source told Page Six.

“Katie’s comments so soon after she was announced as a host are very concerning to the producers. They are worried there will be a backlash against her. There has already been some complaints,” the source explained.

The source told Page Six that, at the very least, Couric has ruled herself out of becoming Alex Trebek’s permanent replacement.

“‘Jeopardy!’ viewers are quite a traditional bunch, and there’s fears she might be too polarizing after this,” the source explained. “At the very least, she already appears to have ruled herself out of becoming the permanent host of the show.”

Trebek, who hosted “Jeopardy!” for nearly four decades, died in November after battling pancreatic cancer. Show producers announced a slew of guest hosts — including Couric, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and Ken Jennings, who holds numerous “Jeopardy!” contestant records, among others — who would fill Trebek’s shoes while executives searched for a permanent host.

California democrats David atkins deprogramming Intelwars Kid Rock President Donald Trump Trump Supporters

Kid Rock has special message for liberals and media who think ‘deprogramming’ Trump supporters is a good idea

Musician Kid Rock issued a rather unmistakable message to “far left socialist liberals and media” who want to “deprogram” supporters of President Donald Trump.

What’s a brief history on his remarks?

Over the last several weeks, a variety of people have suggested that Trump voters should be “deprogrammed.”

In November, David Atkins, California Democrats regional director and DNC member, tweeted, “No seriously … how *do* you deprogram 75 million people. Where do you start? Fox? Facebook? We have to start thinking in terms of post-WWII Germany or Japan. Or the failures of Reconstruction in the South.”

Eugene Robinson, a Washington Post columnist and MSNBC analyst, recently issued similar remarks, saying, “[T]here are millions of Americans, almost all white, almost all Republicans, who somehow need to be deprogrammed. It’s as if they are members of a cult, the Trumpets cult, and have to be deprogrammed. Do you have any idea how we start that process, much less complete it?”

Even former NBC anchor Katie Couric recently said, “The question is, how are we going to really almost deprogram these people who have signed up for the cult of Trump?”

So what did he say?

On Thursday, the 50-year-old conservative rocker tweeted, “Just to be clear and follow up … THESE FAR LEFT SOCIALIST LIBERALS AND MEDIA CAN DE-PROGRAM DEEZ NUTZ!! Everyone else, have a great weekend! —Kid Rock.”

He also shared a meme with the tweet featuring a photo of himself on a jaunty walk, which was captioned, “Headed to de programming to woop some ass.”

At the time of this reporting, the tweet has received more than 20,000 likes.

Anything else?

Former Democratic presidential nominee and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) both questioned whether the United States should craft a “9/11-type commission” in order to determine whether Trump was colluding with Russian President Vladimir Putin” on the day of the U.S. Capitol raid.

“But we now know that not just [Trump] but his enablers, his accomplices, his cult members, have the same disregard for democracy,” Clinton recently said to Pelosi.

‘The cult of Trump’: As Biden era begins, calls grow louder to ‘deprogram’ Trump supporters

Countless leaders on the left are now arguing that removing President Donald Trump from office won’t be enough — they’re now calling for the president’s “cult-like” supporters to be “deprogrammed.” And it’s not just fringe politicians.

During an appearance on “Real Time with Bill Maher” last week, former NBC anchor Katie Couric said, “The question is, how are we going to really almost deprogram these people who have signed up for the cult of Trump.”

Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi questioned whether the nation needs “a 9/11-type commission” to determine whether President Trump was colluding with Russian President Vladimir Putin “the day that the insurgents invaded our Capitol.” Clinton also made sure to include her favorite “deplorables” in her unsubstantiated conspiracy theory:

“But we now know that not just [Trump] but his enablers, his accomplices, his cult members, have the same disregard for democracy,” Clinton said to Pelosi.

Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson and New York Times Magazine’s Nikole Hannah-Jones agreed that there is a need for “millions of Americans, almost all white, almost all Republicans” to be deprogrammed and punished, during an MSNBC interview last week.

Now, a story from the Washington Post is also preaching that narrative and even added that we need more restrictions for conservatives on social media and in the broadcast industry.

“So now we have to be deprogrammed? We’ve heard this over and over and over and over again, for months,” said Glenn Beck on the radio program Tuesday. He read through the shocking details of the Washington Post op-ed and discussed the extraordinary dangers of the latest anti-conservative movement in America.

Bed bath and beyond my pillow Intelwars Kohl's my pillow Mike lindell Mike lindell boycotts My pillow Trump Supporters

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell says multiple major retailers will no longer sell his products following election controversy. He hits back with a classy response.

Embattled MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell
said this week that a variety of retailers are set to cancel his brand’s popular products. The move came after Lindell has been at the center of a controversy for his close friendship with the president and his vocal allegations of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

What are the details?

Lindell, a staunch Trump supporter, made the announcement on Monday night during a Right Side Broadcasting interview with commentator Brian Glenn.

“I just got off the phone with Bed Bath & Beyond. They’re dropping MyPillow,” he said. “Just got off the phone not five minutes ago. Kohl’s, all these different places. These guys don’t understand. … They’re scared. They were good partners. In fact, I told them, ‘You guys come back any time you want.'”

According to USA Today, Lindell also said that Wayfair and H-E-B have also severed ties with his company.

Lindell also said that the companies were opting to yank his product due to a coordinated boycott by “leftist groups.”

In a Tuesday email to NBC News, Lindell said that a “group has attacked my vendors” and that retailers called him to say they were threatened with a “boycott if they don’t comply” and drop his products.

NBC News on Tuesday reported that Today’s Shopping Source also confirmed that MyPillow products would no longer be sold on the home shopping channel.

In an email to the Dallas Morning News, Kohl’s said that it opted to discontinue the product due to lagging sales.

“There has been decreased customer demand for MyPillow,” Kohl’s said in an emailed statement. “We will sell our current inventory and not buy additional/future inventory in the brand.”

The other companies have not issued public remarks on the move at the time of this writing.

What else?

During the Monday interview, Lindell also
said that he welcomes litigation from Dominion Voting Systems for what he says was Dominion’s role in defrauding the 2020 presidential election.

Dominion has denied all accusations of engaging in voter fraud.

Dominion recently issued a cease-and-desist letter insisting that the MyPillow CEO engaged in a “smear campaign” against the company.

A portion of the letter read, “Despite knowing your implausible attacks against Dominion have no basis in reality, you have participated in the vast and concerted misinformation campaign to slander Dominion. Litigation regarding these issues is imminent.”

In response to the letter, Lindell said, “I want Dominion to put up their lawsuit because we have 100% evidence that China and other countries used their machines to steal the election.”

Editorial note: In the interest of full disclosure, MyPillow is a current advertiser on a program that appears on BlazeTV.

Ashli babbitt Bill Maher Capitol rioters HBO Intelwars real time with bill maher Trump Supporters

Bill Maher tells his audience not to hate 74 million Trump voters because 5,000 people rioted

Comedian Bill Maher, often a voice of reason for those on the liberal left, told his audience on Friday’s episode of his HBO show “Real Time With Bill Maher” not to hate the 74 million people who voted for President Donald Trump because about 5,000 people claiming to support the president stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6.

In his profane monologue, transcribed by Ian Schwartz for Real Clear Politics, the liberal Biden-supporting Maher discussed the “tragedy” of Trump voters and what he thinks are the underlying causes of people turning to violence when the system fails them.

“Let’s not confuse 5,000 people with 74 million,” Maher said. “Yes, even supporting the insurrection in spirit is, well, deplorable. But there’s a difference between holding illiberal beliefs and acting violently on them. At least that’s what they always told me about Islamic terrorism.

“I keep wrestling on this show with the hard question of how do Americans, all of us, learn to share a country with a**holes you can’t stand,” he continued. “I preach, and still do, you can hate Trump, but not all the people who like him. And as counterintuitive as it may seem, you can like something run by a**holes without being one yourself.”

Maher told the story of 14-year Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt, a woman who was fatally shot by Capitol Police after participating in the riot. Babbitt, a former Obama-Biden voter, was a strong Trump supporter who owned a business in San Diego, California. She faced economic hardship after being forced to take out a short-term loan with a 169% interest rate to keep her business open. Maher showed sympathy for Babbitt, who he believes was justifiably angry, but at the wrong people.

“She is the tragedy of the modern Republican voter personified: Pissed off at the greed and corruption that yes, has squeezed the middle class hard, but always coming up with the wrong answer to who is doing most of the squeezing,” Maher said.

Addressing the Capitol rioters, Maher said they were “storming the wrong building.”

“The feet up shouldn’t have been on Pelosi’s desk, it should have been on Trump’s tanning bed,” he added. “You thought Trump was going to be your bull in the china shop? Yeah, he was, but you were the china.

“Should Ashli Babbitt have applied better logic in seeing that her real problem in life wasn’t pedophile Democrats or Antifa and that people like Elizabeth Warren were actually the ones who were at least trying to do something about predatory lending and economic exploitation? Yes. But not everyone can watch MSNBC all day. She had other priorities, like fighting overseas,” Maher continued.

Then he took a swipe at California Democrats, criticizing woke politics and characterizing his state as overwhelmed by regulations and indifferent to the hardships of working people.

“Maybe, since all politics is local, all she knew was she lives in a state that cares more about her toxic whiteness than her toxic brokeness,” Maher said. “And that the state that is run entirely by Democrats. Yeah. They didn’t stop anyone from charging her 169% interest on a loan either.

“It shouldn’t be that surprising that America is full of fed-up unhappy people who just want to break s**t,” he continued. “Trump sure didn’t drain any swamps but when it comes to graft and corruption and everybody wetting his beak, California, yeah, that’s a swamp too. We can’t put up a housing unit for the homeless for less than $500,000 or build a rail line connecting the state for less than $200 million a mile.”

Antifa Chop Donald Trump fbi arrests Florida state capitol Intelwars Leftists Trump Supporters

‘Hardcore leftist,’ Antifa supporter arrested by FBI for allegedly plotting violent confrontation with pro-Trump demonstrators at FL state Capitol

The FBI arrested an alleged Antifa supporter who described himself as a “hardcore leftist” for allegedly plotting a violent confrontation with supporters of President Donald Trump who were expected to demonstrate at the Florida state Capitol in the run-up to Joe Biden’s inauguration.

What are the details?

Daniel Alan Baker — who took part in several anti-police protests around the country last year, including in Seattle’s CHOP — was arrested Friday,
Fox News reported. Baker also claimed he’s a trained sniper, the cable network added.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, Baker was featured in an October Webflow article titled, “The Fall of CHOP.” In it, Baker describes himself as a “hardcore leftist” who traveled to Seattle to participate in “The Revolution.” The article added that Baker “seemed disappointed in the lack of violent opposition” at CHOP and reportedly said, “I told them, if they really wanted a revolution, we needed to get AKs and start making bombs. No one listened to me.”

Prosecutors added that Baker also is a former airborne infantryman with reported ties to a foreign terrorist group, the Tallahassee Democrat reported. More from the paper:

“Baker issued a call to arms for like-minded individuals to violently confront protesters gathered at the Florida Capitol this Sunday,” federal prosecutors said. “He specifically called for others to join him in encircling any protesters and confining them at the Capitol complex using firearms.”

On Thursday, Baker posted an 18-second video on his YouTube channel showing him print out fliers with the headline, “CALL TO ARMS JANUARY 20TH!”

The flier said “armed racists” planted the Confederate flag in the U.S. Capitol and that they would continue to wage an armed coup of every statehouse in the country, including the Capitol in Tallahassee.

“We need ALL FLORIDA RESIDENTS to RISE UP!” the flier said. “Here in Florida we must circle the terrorists who attack the Capitol! Let them take the capitol and fight with the cops. SURROUND THEM AND TRAP THEM INSIDE.”

The flier said “Tally residents,” including combat veterans, have “answered the call to arms.”

In the days prior to his arrest, Baker, 33, was trying to buy additional firearms, including an AK-47 and a pistol, Fox News said, citing prosecutors. He’s also made multiple violent threats to those he claims are white supremacists, fascists, and U.S. citizens and allies with different ideologies fro his, the cable network said, adding that he’s also promoted killing U.S. military officers.

More from Fox News:

After approximately one year in the U.S. Army, Baker received an “other-than-honorable” discharge in 2007 after he went AWOL before his unit was to deploy to Iraq, according to the criminal complaint. He was homeless for nearly a decade living mostly in the Tallahassee area, and, in 2017, Baker joined the People’s Protection Units (YPG), a group fighting in Syria against ISIS and the Turkish government.

He claimed on social media that he was a trained sniper for the YPG, and he can be seen in a documentary film fighting ISIS and Turkish militants, prosecutors said. YPG is a sub-affiliate of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), which is designated by the United States government as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

Ocasio-Cortez demands taxpayer dollars to ‘deradicalize’ white supremacists: ‘Their world will never exist’

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) says that taxpayer funds should be used to “deradicalize” white supremacists.

What did AOC say?

Speaking with supporters during a virtual town hall Friday night, Ocasio-Cortez blamed recent violence — including the deadly riots at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 — on white supremacy.

“The white supremacist cause is futile, it’s nihilist — it will never be realized,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “The path forward for all of us is a multiracial democracy that fights for the economic and civil rights of every American.”

She added of white supremacists, “Their world will never exist. That’s why we’re seeing violence right now.”

Ocasio-Cortez was speaking in response to a question about how Americans should respond to those who believe in conspiracy theories, but were not part of the violence at the Capitol. Ocasio-Cortez warned that “this is a problem that doesn’t go away on Jan. 20,” and said it will require “many, many, many millions of hands” to help “pick up the pieces.”

Ocasio-Cortez explained that, during her time on the House Subcommittee on Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, she has learned about programs that “deradicalize” white supremacists. Ocasio-Cortez blamed President Donald Trump for “pulling the plug” on funding for such programs.

But if America wants to adequately address the problem of white supremacy, Ocasio-Cortez said taxpayer funding for “deradicalization” programs should be significantly increased.

“We need to double, triple or quadruple, or increase funding for these deradicalization programs en masse,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

NY-14 Virtual Town Hall with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez

What’s the background?

Just last week, Ocasio-Cortez suggested that all of Trump’s supporters, and perhaps the entire Republican Party, is guilty of white supremacy.

“I don’t want to hear or see the Republican Party talk about blue lives ever again. This was never about safety for them, it was always a slogan because if they actually cared about rule of law they would speak up when people break the law,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “They would speak up. They would enforce fairness and equity, but they don’t give a damn about the law. They don’t give a damn about order. They don’t give a damn about safety.”

“They give a damn about white supremacy, they care about preserving the social order and the mythology of whiteness,” she added. “They lust for power more than they care about democracy.”

TRUMP 2024: MAJOR CLASH! This is Escalating!

This article was contributed by Portfolio Wealth Global.

In this type of environment, we’re holding our tongues and being mindful of the words we use, since the stakes are as high as we’ve ever seen them.

Political historians and even hedge fund titans, such as Ray Dalio, have warned that the past rhymes and that America is headed towards a revolution.

Today, we want to explore a number of possible scenarios in the new American landscape:

  1. A 3rd Party: It’s clear by now that not all Republicans are hardcore Trump fans. Not all 74M Trump voters are going to remain loyal to him specifically, but many will.

If the House and the Senate, led by Democrats, vote to strip Donald Trump’s rights to run again in 2024, we believe that he would launch a media giant where he can broadcast his policies. It would be Donald Jr., who ends up running in 2024.

  1. Disengaged Americans: Many of Trump’s supporters are veterans and people that love the idea of a constitutional America, limited government, fiscal responsibility, and remaining strong in the face of China’s rise to global supremacy.

We estimate that tens of millions of Americans are more loyal to Trump’s views than to the general views of the Republican Party.

The problem with that, of course, is that creating a third party would cause this new party to split its voters with the Republicans, which, by definition, would make Democrats the biggest party by miles.

In other words, it’s a tricky situation and would require extensive effort to bring into existence a party that competes with Democrats, even though Portfolio Wealth Global doesn’t believe that Biden will run again in 2024. This means that the Democrats also need to think about who their next candidate will be.

What we mean by disengaged Americans is that we will see a country within a country. If a group of tens of millions of people refuse to trust the election results and refuse to acknowledge Biden as their president, it is an issue that we cannot over-emphasize. Democracies function only when the people give it power and respect the legitimacy of the current regime.

Most Trump supporters don’t.

  1. Zero confidence in the Media: Mainstream media is dead to Trump supporters.

This is the reason we are pretty convinced that Trump will form his own media corporation and that it might be Donald Jr., who is groomed for office.

There’s fake news and then there’s propaganda; we live in the age of both.

New media outlets will be built from the ashes of the legacy channels, in our view.

  1. Biden Years: In times past, when America was this divided, U.S.-led think tanks looked overseas and found an enemy to portray as a threat and wage war against it.

It diverts attention away from domestic issues.

It’s also possible that Biden will not resort to war, since he’s too weak to get the support needed, and will instead dish out free money to everyone in order to gain favor.

For example, Biden might wipe clean all student loan debts.

It’s unclear how America will wake up on the 21st of January, but we can assure you that 2020 altered this country forever.

Antifa Black Lives Matter BLM Intelwars Patriot march Riots san diego Trump Supporters

VIDEO: Antifa mob attacks Trump supporters in San Diego

An unlawful assembly was declared in San Diego on Saturday after violence sprang up when a mob of Antifa and Black Lives Matter protesters clashed with Trump supporters during the group’s “Patriot March” in southern California.

KSWB-TV photojournalist Paul Makarushka captured the moment when a horde of apparent Antifa members, at least one wielding a baseball bat, converged upon a handful of conservatives.

“[T]rump supporters clash with BLM and antifa on the boardwalk in PB,” Makarushka tweeted. “Heavy police presence some fights and scuffles. Pepper spray etc (not from pd).”

Left Coast Right Watch, a self-described “CA-based news site covering right-wing extremism,” was documenting the chaos on Twitter and gleefully wrote, “Oooooh some Nazis got beat.”

Patrick T. Fallon, staff photojournalist for AFP, documented some of the images of the violent Saturday in San Diego. A shirtless man has an open wound on his face and blood on his shoulder as a group of black bloc comrades are seen in the background. One member of the gang is seen spraying an unidentified liquid from a water gun into the faces of two men.

One man was seen with a knife in his hand, “which apparently led to counter-protesters using the bear spray/pepper spray.”

A mob was seen waving an “Antifascist Action” flag and holding a sign that read: “ASHLI BABBITT DESERVED IT.” Ashli Babbitt was the Trump supporter and 14-year Air Force veteran from San Diego who stormed the Capitol building last week and was fatally shot.

There were also many people dressed in all-black waving Black Lives Matter flags.

“Lots of confrontation, pepper spray, chanting, and folks just going to the beach as counter protesters faced off with pro-Trump ‘Patriot March’ demonstrators in #PacificBeach #SanDiego today,” Fallon wrote on Twitter.

Dozens of police officers dressed in riot gear were dispatched to the Pacific Beach boardwalk to stop the unrest.

At around 5:30 p.m., an unlawful assembly was declared by the San Diego Police “due to acts of: Violence.” The San Diego Police Department reported that rioters threw glass bottles, rocks eggs, and other objects at officers. Dissenters also used pepper spray on the cops.

A little after 9 p.m., authorities announced that “All the groups have left the area.” The SDPD has not yet announced any arrests stemming from Saturday’s disorder.

In September, President-elect Joe Biden infamously declared, “Antifa’s an idea.”

Pro-Trump musician dropped from record label after attending Trump rally prior to US Capitol riots

Musician Ariel Pink, known for indie rock and pop tracks, was dumped from his record label this week after he attended President Donald Trump’s rally in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, which proceeded the riot at the U.S. Capitol building.

What are the details?

Mexican Summer, a New York-based record label, announced Friday that it had dropped Pink from its portfolio of artists.

“Due to recent events, Mexican Summer and its staff have decided to end our working relationship with Ariel Rosenberg AKA Ariel Pink moving forward,” the record label tweeted.

Prior to the announcement, Pink “had been the subject of a furor in the indie-rock world after confirming that he had been in D.C. for the rally,” Variety reported.

However, the musician claimed on social media that, although he was present at the rally, he did not participate in the deadly riots at the U.S. Capitol.

Pink explained on Twitter, “[I] was in dc to peacefully show my support for the president. i attended the rally on the white house lawn and went back to hotel and took a nap. case closed.”

More from Variety:

Subsequently, incendiary comments Pink had made in a podcast in December came to light that may have further endangered his relationships in the music community. Pink said of anyone who can “still be a Democrat at this point… to me it’s like all of a sudden all their intelligence just got shown to be a complete farce. All the smarts in the world that they had, all their artistic f****** genius… was just window dressing.”

Meanwhile, Pink explained last month that he is “not MAGA,” a reference to Trump’s platform of “Make America Great Again,” but that he stands against President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris.

Pink said, “[I]m not maga. i simply think that trump is the only thing standing in the way of total collapse. the lying media psychos gunning for Biden/Harris presidency are more terrifying to me.”

Rioters begin losing jobs following bloody Capitol siege: Teacher, real estate agent, attorney, and more suspended, fired

Demonstrators present at the U.S. Capitol during Wednesday’s raid are receiving suspensions and losing their jobs, according to various reports.

At the time of this writing, a Pennsylvania teacher, Chicago real estate agent, Texas attorney, and more have either lost their jobs or have been suspended following the Wednesday riots.

Teacher ‘temporarily relieved’ of duties

In Pennsylvania, Allentown’s Morning Call on Thursday reported that the Allentown School District has suspended one of its teachers, a male who remains unnamed at the time of this reporting, who reportedly took part at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

In a statement, the district said, “While we all have the right to express ourselves, it is important to do so respectfully.”

The statement added, “We understand that many members of our community are upset by the image. At the same time, the district has an obligation to respect the First Amendment rights of our staff and students. Because of the emotion and controversy stirred by the events of January 6, 2021, the teacher has been temporarily relieved of his teaching duties until the School District can complete a formal investigation of his involvement.”

The outlet noted that the teacher in question was one of several people who were reportedly fired or who had been asked to resign from their positions as a result of allegedly attending the demonstration on Wednesday.

‘Got teargassed today’

According to the Houston Chronicle, attorney Paul Davis lost his job at Goosehead Insurance after he reportedly shared videos of himself at the siege on social media.

The outlet reported that the attorney was fired after he posted video of himself wearing a MAGA hat and discussed breaching the Capitol.

“Got teargassed today,” he said of the raid. “That was quite an experience.”

‘I was there to support my president’

Libby Andrews, a Chicago real estate agent, was also
fired after reportedly sharing footage from the Capitol on her social media.

In a Twitter statement, her employer, who pointed out that Andrews admitted to taking part in the riot, wrote, that it “does not condone violence, destruction or illegal activities.”

According to a Reuters report, Andrews maintained that she did nothing wrong and did not even enter the Capitol.

“I’m a 56-year-old woman, petite,” she complained. “I was not there causing trouble. I was there to support my president.”

Employees demonstrating ‘dangerous contact’ need not apply

A Maryland marketing company fired one of its employees after he was reportedly photographed wearing his company badge while taking part in the siege.

In a Thursday statement shared to its Facebook, Navistar Direct Marketing revealed the news.

“While we support all employee’s right to peaceful, lawful exercise of free speech, any employee demonstrating dangerous conduct that endangers the health and safety of others will no longer have an employment opportunity with Navistar Direct Marketing,” the firm wrote in a widely viewed post.

2020 Election Capitol protest Capitol riot Intelwars Jason Whitlock Trump presidency Trump Supporters

Whitlock: Ignoring the concerns of Trump supporters will destroy America

Wednesday afternoon, angry, unarmed, mostly peaceful protesters stormed the Capitol. They caused hundreds of dollars in damages to “The People’s House,” the taxpayer-funded building where elected lawmakers work.

They took pictures seated at Nancy Pelosi’s desk. They shoved furniture out of place. They pushed their way past unprepared and overwhelmed law enforcement. They shattered a window or two.

If not for police shooting and killing an unarmed, female 14-year Air Force veteran, the protest staged by Trump supporters would have more in common with a 1950s fraternity panty raid than political riot.

Here, I guess, I should apologize for not joining the rest of the media in feigning outrage and calling for the trespassers to be tried for treason. But I’m neither outraged nor feeling vengeful because of their act of civil disobedience.

I understand it. It was an inevitable repercussion from 2020 and what we’ve all witnessed the last decade. It was Sir Isaac Newton’s third law come to life.

“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

For four years now, the billionaire and millionaire elites who control academia, the mainstream media, politics, popular culture, and the sports world have framed Trump supporters as racist deplorables worthy of elimination from society.

These same elites spent the past decade elevating Michael Brown, George Floyd, Jacob Blake, Rayshard Brooks, Eric Garner, and other resisting criminal suspects to icon status while simultaneously raising bail money for protesters willing to riot, loot, burn, and vandalize in the name of racial justice.

This blatant hypocrisy will not go unchallenged. You cannot ignore the desires, concerns and feelings of 74 million citizens. You cannot write them off as Nazis and answer all their complaints with allegations of racism or sexism. That’s fascism.

At this point, the Deplorables should be commended for their restraint. Antifa and Black Lives Matter search, burn, and destroy well into the wee hours. The Deplorables returned to their hotel rooms by nightfall and watched our lawmakers return to work inside the Capitol by 8 p.m.

The critics say President Trump provoked Wednesday’s political “violence.” His refusal to concede a corrupt election baited his followers to overrun the Capitol with flags, put Ashli Babbitt in harm’s way, and do enough property damage to delay the Electoral College confirmation three or four hours.

Fine. Guilty as charged.

But our president for the next two weeks was not Lee Harvey Oswald, a lone provocateur. He had plenty of collaborators. They work on all the major and cable news and sports networks. They play in the NFL and NBA. They represent both political parties, hold high positions in Hollywood, at Netflix, Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

The people wagging their fingers the hardest at Trump and the Deplorables sanctioned, financed, and promoted political violence throughout all of 2020 and for much of the past decade.

Ashli Babbitt’s blood is on the hands of Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg as much as, if not more than, on President Trump’s. That’s why Dorsey and Zuckerberg rushed to silence Trump on their respective platforms, Twitter and Facebook.

Political tension and violence are fomented, planned, and monetized on Silicon Valley’s social media platforms. Wednesday’s “violence” hit the wrong target. The Capitol is where global elites exchange cash for influence and privilege. It’s where $150,000-a-year politicians become multimillionaires building cozy relationships with Big Tech lobbyists and American corporations looking to curry favor with China.

The Capitol is sacred ground for elites. The way you might revere a church edifice is the way millionaires and billionaires revere the Capitol.

The NBA multimillionaires said they played with “heavy hearts” Wednesday night after seeing the Capitol desecrated. They made twisted, illogical analogies between nonviolent civil disobedience and the rioting, looting, and violence that occurred in Minneapolis, Atlanta, Kenosha, and across this country all summer.

“It reminds me of what Dr. Martin Luther King has said, that there’s two split different Americas,” Boston Celtics star Jaylen Brown told reporters. “In one America, you get killed by sleeping in your car, selling cigarettes or playing in your backyard. And then in another America, you get to storm the Capitol and no tear gas, no massive arrests, none of that.”

Brown is right. There are two different American realities. There’s the false reality world created by and for elites and their groupies. In this world, progressive elites feign concern for poor black people by championing the cause of a tiny handful of black resisting criminal suspects harmed by white police officers tasked with subduing them. The elites have no interest in the thousands of black men and boys killed annually due to random gang, street, and drug violence. Those black lives do not matter. Progressive elites live inside a social media matrix where they call the Crips and the Bloods to protect them from the police.

The rest of America lives in an alternate universe driven, at least partially, by reality, facts, and common sense. We don’t see the norms of Western Civilization as the root of all evil. We have no interest in disrupting the nuclear family. We don’t think the storming of the Capitol is analogous to the months of looting, arson, shooting, rioting, and anarchy we watched throughout 2020.

Philadelphia 76ers coach Doc Rivers, a man I greatly respect, lives in a different reality than I do. His interpretation of Wednesday’s chaos baffles me.

“No police dogs turned on people, no billy clubs hitting people. People peacefully being escorted out of the Capitol,” Rivers told reporters Wednesday. “So it shows you can peacefully disperse a crowd. It basically proves a point about a privileged life in a lot of ways. I will say it, because I don’t think a lot of people want to: Can you imagine [Wednesday], if those were all black people storming the Capitol, and what would have happened? That, to me, is a picture worth a thousand words for all of us to see, and probably something for us to reckon with again.”

What is he talking about? We’ve watched buildings burned to the ground this summer. We’ve seen “protesters” prowling the streets of Atlanta with semi-automatic weapons. We’ve seen protesters berate and spit on police officers. David Dorn, a 77-year-old, black retired cop, was assassinated. Parts of Portland have been under attack from Antifa and Black Lives Matter for months.

There have been no dogs, no billy clubs.

We don’t have to imagine how law enforcement would react to black, lawless protesters. It has aired on CNN, MSNBC, and FOX News all summer. The police have been remarkably restrained.

The media, athletes, and celebrities have treated black protesters as heroes. Politicians have taken knees and worn kente cloth to show allegiance with black protesters. Every national sportscaster and head coach has gone along with the facade that police pose a greater threat to black men than black men. We’re inundated with television commercials promoting Black Lives Matter. The NFL has celebrated criminals involved in drive-by shootings. A laundry list of media personalities have taken turns rationalizing every violent, lawless action taken by Antifa or Black Lives Matter. No one cares that George Floyd stuck a gun in a pregnant black woman’s belly or that Jacob Blake sexually assaulted a black woman. The New York Times commissioned a group of black female reporters to rewrite American history to fit the narrative of the critical race theory taught at our academic institutions.

The concerns propagandized by the ministers of black victimhood are a high priority in American society. Sinners are excommunicated from their employment. There is so much money, fame, and adulation from joining the Church of Black Victimization that white people such as Shaun King and Rachel Dolezal have disavowed their natural heritage to identify as black.

A Trump supporter? He or she is an American pariah. A racist. A coon. An idiot. A sellout. Someone to be silenced or ignored.

Trump supporters will not go away quietly or peacefully. It’s their country, too. Their concerns are legitimate. The lawmakers they chased to the basement of the Capitol sold out the American working-class man and woman.

They sold out my mom and dad and the way of life that allowed me to rise from poor to a life of comfort and privilege. My dad was a small businessman in Indianapolis who owned a tavern that catered to hourly, union factory workers. My mother was a factory worker in Indianapolis and Kansas City.

The black people I grew up with, the ones who frequented the Masterpiece Lounge and went on bowling trips with my mom, were not global citizens. They were hardworking high school graduates who wanted their kids to move up the economic and social ladder.

They had a lot in common with Trump supporters. We can’t see that common ground now because the mainstream media and social media have us so irrationally polarized that we think skin color explains everything.

Skin color does not explain the Trump phenomenon, the passion of his followers. Trumpism is rooted in a rejection of the elitism, idolatry, and secularism pervasive in modern American culture.

In September 1620 — four hundred years ago — 102 passengers boarded the Mayflower, fleeing southern England and the elitist society constructed there. They were the original Trumpers, the dregs of European society in search of freedom of religion and expression.

Trumpism is the cry of American citizens uninterested in adopting the cultures and customs of France, China, Italy, Cuba, Venezuela, Canada, or any of the other places global elites romanticize. Trumpism is the cry of the working class who believe the Big Tech billionaires are building an America that cuts them out of the American Dream. Trumpism is the cry of Americans who value authenticity over the fraudulence of political correctness.

The price of ignoring their cries will be war, a civil war.
