Breaking: Police release conclusive evidence in hanging of black man in California that BLM protesters called a lynching

After angry protests claimed a black man was lynched in Palmdale, California, police released conclusive evidence to support the claim that he committed suicide.

Robert Fuller’s body was found on June 10 hanging from a tree in Poncitlán Square. Investigators initially ruled it a suicide but walked the claims back after protesters accused them of hastily jumping to conclusions.

Many on social media suspected that the 24-year-old had been lynched, and some accused law enforcement officials of covering it up.

On Thursday, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Commander Christopher Marks told reporters at a media briefing that the evidence supported the conclusion that Fuller committed suicide.

“The Medical Examiner issued their final autopsy report and delivered it to the Sheriff’s Department and deemed this case to be suicide,” said Marks.

“There were no signs of a struggle. No defensive wounds observed and no other signs of trauma visible to Mr. Fuller. Mr. Fuller’s hands were not bound and there were no signs he attempted to remove the ligature from his neck,” Marks continued, according to KNX-1070.

“Investigators observed several prominent linear scars on Mr. Fuller’s left wrist consistent with suicidal attempt.”

Marks went on to say that Fuller had a history of psychiatric problems, including a number of suicide attempts.

Investigators also found that he had purchased a rope similar to the one he was found hanged with.

Despite the announcement, some on social media were still claiming malfeasance on the part of law enforcement officials.

“Robert Fuller didn’t kill himself. Black people aren’t hanging themselves from trees. That’s called lynching. And it’s murder. A hate crime. There’s really no cameras in front of City Hall? Cmon,” said one Twitter user.

“[Los Angeles County Sheriff] Villanueva is a monster who does everything he can to avoid transparency. he can never be trusted. we need justice for Robert Fuller,” said another user.

In a similar case in nearby Victorville, a surveillance video proved that the hanging death of Malcolm Harsch, another black man, was a suicide and not a lynching as many claimed.

Video shows Black Lives Matter protester freak out when her baby stops breathing — then run to a cop for help

Video captured the alarming moment in Palmdale, California, when a mother at a Black Lives Matter protest ran for help from a police officer when her baby stopped breathing.

The woman is seen on the security camera footage running towards a police officer on the video when her 11-month-old baby boy stopped breathing. She had been participating in a protest at a local park.

The department said the child lost consciousness and stopped breathing.

Deputy Cameron Kinsey was able to get the baby breathing again after several blows to his back. It was determined that a coin was stuck in his airway after he swallowed it.

The child was hospitalized after the incident.

When asked about the protest, Kinsey responded, “none of that other stuff matters, just the baby.”

Palmdale has been at the center of unrest in California since a black man was found hanging from a tree. Local authorities initially indicated that they believed he had committed suicide, but community members are suspicious and have called for a more through investigation.

At least one account demanded that the city be burned down if surveillance video isn’t released.

A petition was set up at demanding that the police investigate the matter fully and obtain any video that might have captured what happened the night of this death.

“We demand the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Palmdale Station and the City of Palmdale to conduct a full, thorough investigation into Robert’s death. We demand security footage in Poncitlán Square to be presented and audio of the call placed when his body was found. We demand justice to be served for Robert and his loved ones,” read the petition.
