Tyrant Fauci: “Now Is The Time To Do What You’re Told”

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the medical tyrant, is trying to force people to comply with his authoritarian psychotic rules to stop the alleged rise in cases of COVID-19. Fauci said that “now is the time to do what you’re told.”

If there was ever a way to get free people to push back, it’s to use rhetoric such as that. Fauci can pound sand. And he’s upset that he’s been accurately labeled a dictator and authoritarian denying the truth. But he added that Americans should listen to and obey the health authorities (like himself), according to a report by Fox News.

Senator Rand Paul said on Thursday that Fauci is demanding your submission to him.  “He believes that submission and lockdowns are fine, he’s not too worried about individual liberties,” Paul told Fox News’ Martha McCallum before adding that lockdowns and mask mandates are the equivalents to living in an “authoritarian” society. It’s perhaps worse, however.  It’s a slave state. Where some people issue commands and use force and violence and punishments to get others to comply.

He also said that he believes people are unwilling to listen to what scientists have recommended because of the “divisive” state of the country — a belief backed by a Pew Research report that found Democrats are more likely that Republicans to believe the coronavirus is threat to public health.

“All of a sudden science gets caught in a lot of this divisiveness,” he said. –Fox News

Fauci believes that if people wore their ritualistic shame muzzles and listened to social distancing advisories while maintaining sanitary measures like washing or disinfecting their hands, this virus will be able to stay in check and he’d allow the country to remain open.

It’s long past time we take matters into our own hands and keep it open ourselves. Fauci cannot close everything down unless we, the people, submit and allow it to happen. Wake up and put morality above legality.

Get Ready! MSM Predictive Programming Calls This The “Calm Before The Storm”

Many states and counties or cities within states are going into various stages of lockdown once again. Those that aren’t in some stage of lockdown already will be pushed that way in the coming weeks. As we’ve said before, if the ruling class believes they can get away with putting everyone on house arrest so they can conceal and cement their plans for world domination, they will do so.

And once again, it’s up to us to stand up and say: “No. We will not comply.”

There Is A Solution To Big Tech Censorship – But No Politician Will Touch It

This article was originally published by Brandon Smith at Alt-Market.us.

The issue of censorship by major tech companies is a precarious one, and I’m becoming increasingly suspicious of the nature of the debate. There are some complexities, but it can all be boiled down to this:

Big tech social media conglomerates argue that their websites are like any other private business and that they are protected from overt government interference by the US constitution. In other words, they have a right to platform or de-platform anyone they choose. Of course, this is the exact OPPOSITE of what most leftist groups have argued in the past when it comes to private businesses refusing to cooperate with people they disagree with on basic principle, such as LGBT activists, but let’s set that hypocrisy aside for now.

Social media companies have decided that the people they want to de-platform most are conservatives, along with anyone else who disagrees with hard-left ideologies such as social justice or the handling of the pandemic situation. Statements or content that run contrary to leftist philosophies are simply labeled “hate speech” or “conspiracy theory” and are erased.

Conservatives argue that big tech is a monopoly with far too much power, that social media should be treated more like a public resource or “town square” and that these companies are violating the free speech rights of conservatives by specifically targeting them for censorship. Many conservatives are also demanding that Donald Trump and the government step in to regulate or punish such companies for these actions.

The truth is that both sides are right, and both sides are wrong. The real solution to the problem requires a radical change in how we view the institution of corporations and how they interact with government, and it’s a solution I doubt ANY political official will consider, and that includes Trump.

Let me explain…

Social media and big tech do in fact represent a monopoly, but not in terms most people are familiar with. Instead of acting only as an economic monopoly controlling market share, big tech is also a political monopoly controlling the majority of communication platforms. If only one political and social ideological group dominates every major social media and digital information outlet, this in my view represents a completely unbalanced power dynamic that does indeed threaten the free speech rights of the populace.

Rabid censorship of the Hunter Biden laptop scandal, a scandal that is supported by facts and evidence that big tech has chosen to bury because it’s inconvenient to them rather than a violation of their community guidelines, is just one more example of the incredible danger that social media monopolies present.

Obviously, there is the issue of private property rights to consider. I fully support and defend private property rights and I do believe that a business has the freedom to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Just because you open your doors to the public does not mean the public now owns your labor. You should have the right to refuse labor whenever you wish.

If a business refuses a customer based merely on personal bias, then word is going to get around quickly and that business may lose a large number of potential buyers in the future (this is happening right now with multiple alternative social media companies on the rise). The free market should determine the fate of that business, not state or federal governments.

Government itself is an untrustworthy entity that craves a monopoly of power, and by handing government the authority to micromanage the policies and internal practices of web companies we might be trading the big tech monster for an even more dangerous governmental monster.

Who is to say that the government will stop with sites like Facebook or Twitter or Google? Maybe they will exploit their newfound powers to go after smaller websites as well. Maybe they will attempt to micromanage the entire internet. Maybe they will start dominating and restricting conservative websites instead of the leftist conglomerates we intended, and then we will be doubly screwed.

If you value freedom and the Bill of Rights, then this debate leaves us at an impasse. Both sides (perhaps conveniently) lead to a totalitarian outcome. The thing is, the publicly presented argument is a contrived one, a manipulated discussion that only presents two sides when there are more options to consider. The narrative is fixed, it is a farce.

The public has been led to believe that government and corporations are separate tools that can be used to keep each side in check. This is a lie. Big government and big corporations have always worked together while pretending to be disconnected, and this needs to stop if we are to ever defuse the political time bomb we now face.

To solve the social media censorship debacle we need to examine the very roots of corporations as entities. First, corporations as we know them today are a relatively new phenomenon. Adam Smith described the concept of a corporation as a “joint-stock company” in his treatise ‘The Wealth Of Nations’, and stood against them as a threat to free-market economics. He specifically outlined their history of monopoly and failure, and criticized their habit of avoiding responsibility for mistakes and crimes.

Joint-stock companies were chartered by governments and given special protections from risk, as well as protection from civil litigation (lawsuits). But, they were supposed to be temporary business entities, not perpetual business entities. The point was to allow for the creation of a joint-stock company to finish a particular job, such as building a railroad, and once the job was finished the company was dissolved and the government protections were no longer needed. Smith knew that if corporations were ever allowed to become permanent fixtures in an economy, they would result in disaster.

This is exactly what happened in 1886 when the Supreme Court allowed companies like Southern Pacific Railroad to use the 14th Amendment, which was supposed to protect the constitutional rights of newly freed slaves, as a loophole to declare corporations as “legal persons” with all the protections of an individual citizen. Not only that, but with limited liability, corporations actually became super-citizens with protections far beyond normal individuals. Corporations became the preeminent force in the world and it was their relationship with governments that made this possible.

This fact completely debunks today’s notion of what constitutes free markets. Corporations ARE NOT free market structures. They are, in fact, government-chartered and government-protected monopolies. They are SOCIALIST creations, not free-market creations, and therefore they should not exist in a free market society at all.

The alternative option to corporations was for businesses to form “partnerships”, which did not enjoy protection from government, limited liability or the ability to form monopolies. When the owners of a partnership committed a crime, they could be personally held liable for that crime. When a corporation commits a crime, only the company as a vaporous faceless entity can be punished. This is why it is very rare to see company CEOs face prosecution no matter how egregious and catastrophic their actions.

Today, certain corporations continue to enjoy government protections while also enjoying government welfare. Meaning, these companies get a legal shield while also basking in the advantage of tax incentives and taxpayer dollars.

For example, Google (Alphabet and YouTube) has long received huge tax breaks and is rarely if ever forced to pay in full for the massive bandwidth the company uses. In fact, YouTube was facing bandwidth affordability issues until it was purchased by Alphabet and Google, then it no longer had to worry about it – Google gets over 21 times more bandwidth than it actually pays for because of government intervention.

The same rules apply to companies like Twitter, Facebook, Netflix, Apple, etc. All of them enjoy extensive tax breaks as well as cheap bandwidth that makes it impossible for small and medium-sized businesses to compete, even if they operate on a superior model or have superior ideas. Many times the corporations pay no taxes whatsoever while smaller businesses are crippled by overt payments.

A truly free market requires competition as a rule, but the current system deliberately crushes the competition. Again, we live in a socialist framework, not a free market framework.

Now that we understand the nature of big tech and what these companies actually are (creations of government), the debate on social media censorship changes.

How? Take for example the fact that public universities in the US are not legally allowed to interfere with free speech rights because many of them survive by consuming taxpayer dollars. They are PUBLIC institutions, not private. Why then are we treating major corporations that survive on endless taxpayer infusions and incentives as if they are private businesses? They are not – They are publicly funded structures chartered by the government and therefore they should be subject to the same rules on free speech that universities are required to follow.

Said corporations will surely argue against this and will attempt to use legal chicanery to maintain their monopolies. Trying to dismantle them could take decades, and there are no guarantees that government officials will even make the attempt? Why would they? The relationship between government and corporations has been an advantageous one for establishment elites for decades.

Instead of challenging the corporate model in the Supreme Court, an easier option would be to simply take away all welfare and tax incentives for any big tech companies that refuse to allow free speech on their platforms. If Google had to pay normal price for the bandwidth it uses, the corporation would either implode or it would be forced to break apart into multiple smaller companies that would then compete with each other. More competition means lower prices for consumers along with better products. The threat of losing tax incentives would mean more large companies would refrain from censorship.

Donald Trump as president could conceivably make this happen, but he will not, and neither will any other political official. The partnership between government and corporations will continue, I believe because there are other agendas at play here. The establishment WANTS the public to argue in favor of tech totalitarianism on one side and in favor of government totalitarianism on the other side. They aren’t going to allow any other solutions to enter the discussion.

The only available strategy left for fighting back against big tech is to continue leaving their platforms and building our own. This will take many years to accomplish. The point is, there is a more permanent option, but it requires a complete deconstruction of the socialist government/corporate framework now in place. To confront the power dynamic between governments and major conglomerates is to confront one of the fundamental sources of corruption within our society, which is why it won’t be allowed. And when the system refuses to police itself, public upheaval becomes inevitable.

control CORRUPTION Government Headline News illusion Intelwars left-right paradigm Lie Masters Morality Self-ownership SLAVERY The Matrix the system United States wake up

Most Americans Think The Government Is CORRUPT

Americans may finally be waking up, even minimally. A majority of those living in the United States believe that the government is corrupt and unaccountable.

This brings to mind a quote:

Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. -John Dahlberg Acton

That means that anytime you hand power to anyone, their morality will decrease as the desire to control others increases. No one cedes power willingly either. If we have learned anything from 2020 it’s that those in power or authority figures are not in it for us, but themselves.

Seventy-three percent of Americans say that elected officials do not face “serious consequences” for misconduct, according to a new Pew Research Center poll. A closer look reveals that a mere 21 percent of those leaning Democrat and 32 percent of Republicans believe there is some basic justice for delinquent politicians. This is not the only issue where US liberals and conservatives almost reach a consensus.

Seventy percent of US citizens don’t think the government is “open and transparent,” while 60 percent of both Republicans and Democrats believe that judges aren’t free from the influence of parties and politicians. RT

However, Americans still think reform is the answer. It’s not. Not allowing others to have power over you is the answer. That means once the system falls (and it will) we replace it with nothing. No more masters and no more slaves.  The good news though, is that some Americans are at least finally understanding that corruption is inevitable in every government under any “established rule” over others.

It’s time to figure it out. In fact, it’s past time. We all need to stand up, unite, and stop allowing other people to steal from us, dictate to us, start wars, and use order followers to enforce the “laws.” We don’t need them. They need us. Once we withdraw our consent to be governed (which means controlled) it’s over. We are not their property or their slaves. We all need to realize this quickly.

Martial Law Becoming Increasingly Acceptable As Cities Fall Under Social Unrest

Martial law is becoming a reality for many Americans. As we continue to be bombarded by psychological operations and inorganic scenarios designed to divide us further, people are playing into the hands of the elites and increasingly accepting martial law.

This is not a good sign for the United States going forward.  The Minnesota governor has called in the National Guard now, as looters and rioters continue to destroy Minneapolis in response to the police shooting of Jacob Blake.  Now, before everyone gets triggered, as they always do and put themselves on one side or the other completing the division necessary by the elites to divide and conquer us, just remember:

You Can Be Against Police Brutality & Looting and Rioting At The Same Time

Police violence against innocents is wrong. Looting and rioting are wrong. If we ever hope to get our freedom back and have a life that’s not lived in a mental prison, we need to wake up and stop taking sides when both are wrong.  Most people are unable to look beyond their own indoctrination into the left/right paradigm illusion to wake up and realize violence against other humans is wrong no matter who does it. This entire psychological operation is designed to get people to only accept martial law but demand it.

Martial law is not a solution unless you advocate slavery. The looting and rioting are absolutely absurd and should not be tolerated, nor should police shootings.  Living under a police state is not living freely, and that’s not an opinion. We have got to stop acting on violence and destruction and start living peacefully in unity.  The elites absolutely love police brutality and riots because they can swoop in and make more heavy-handed tyrannical changes that will be permanent chains around our necks.

Police State, The MSM, & Race Baiting: Why We Should Unite Agaisnt ALL Tyranny

This is NOT to say that looting and rioting are acceptable, and although I’ve said that before, people are going to accuse me of taking the side against them when I have no side other than humanity’s. Looting and rioting most absolutely are NOT acceptable. All violations of another human beings’ fundamental human rights given by the creator are unacceptable.  That includes the execution of other people, even if the killer is wearing a badge. The end result is the same. A fellow human being was killed.

Wake up. This division is exactly what the ruling class and elites want in order to shove the New World Order down our throats and most Americans are playing their roles as pawns in the game epically well. I already know this will ignite cognitive dissonance in the comments with people making assumptions about which side I am promoting; which is no side because neither is moral.

We cannot drive out the evil of the New World Order while playing its game. Choose to not play the game already rigged against you. This is a war for your mind, a spiritual war if you will. If you’ve chosen either side of the left/right paradigm, you’ve already lost to the divide and conquer tactics.

CNN: “The Rioting Has To Stop” But Only Because It Will Hurt Joe Biden

Leave it to the mainstream media to finally take a moral stance on something, but only because it’ll hurt their selected political puppet during the dog and pony show election theatre. CNN‘s Don Lemon said the Kenosha violence is “showing up in the polling.”

Speaking to fellow CNN anchor Chris Cuomo on Tuesday evening, Lemon said the protests were a blind spot for Democrats.” He said the party was “ignoring this problem or hoping it will go away – and it’s not going to go away.”

During the segment, according to RT, Lemon freely admitted that his primary concern with the crisis was the possibility that it may hurt Biden’s ability to unseat President Donald Trump in the November election. “As you know and I know,” Lemon said to Cuomo, “It’s showing up in the polling. It’s showing up in focus groups.” The CNN host added that he believes the silence from the Democrats on the riots is the only line of attack against them “that is sticking.”

What happened to condemning violence because it’s wrong? Killing is wrong. Initiating unjust force or violence on peaceful people is wrong. Stealing is wrong. Strange that CNN won’t even state the simply morality of humanity. But that’s really no surprise. There’s no morality left in either politics (which is just a puppet show, as we know) or the mainstream media.  These people are absolutely insanely pushing this New World Order garbage, and it’s astonishing that others are still fast asleep right now.

It seems that at least some people are waking up to the spell the mainstream media, which is the government’s propaganda arm, has put on them at the commands of the puppet masters in the Federal Reserve. This political dog and pony show quickly became a talking point for Donald Trump’s campaign.

Trump’s team quickly tweeted out the video and gloated that even CNN anchors think Biden is “too weak to stand up to rioters and looters,” according to a report by RT

The Great Election Fraud: Will Our Freedoms Survive Another Election?

“Never has our future been more unpredictable, never have we depended so much on political forces that cannot be trusted to follow the rules of common sense and self-interest—forces that look like sheer insanity, if judged by the standards of other centuries.” ? Hannah Arendt, The Origins of Totalitarianism

And so it begins again, the never-ending, semi-delusional, train-wreck of an election cycle in which the American people allow themselves to get worked up into a frenzy over the misguided belief that the future of this nation—nay, our very lives—depends on who we elect as president.

For the next three months, Americans will be dope-fed billions of dollars’ worth of political propaganda aimed at keeping them glued to their television sets and persuading them that 1) their votes count and 2) electing the right candidate will fix everything that is wrong with this country.

Incredible, isn’t it, that in a country of more than 330 million people, we are given only two choices for president? How is it that in a country teeming with creative, intelligent, productive, responsible, moral people, our vote too often comes down to pulling the lever for the lesser of two evils?

The system is rigged, of course.

It is a heavily scripted, tightly choreographed, star-studded, ratings-driven, mass-marketed, costly exercise in how to sell a product—in this case, a presidential candidate—to dazzled consumers who will choose image over substance almost every time.

As author Noam Chomsky rightly observed, “It is important to bear in mind that political campaigns are designed by the same people who sell toothpaste and cars.”

In other words, we’re being sold a carefully crafted product by a monied elite who are masters in the art of making the public believe that they need exactly what is being sold to them, whether it’s the latest high-tech gadget, the hottest toy, or the most charismatic politician.

This year’s presidential election, much like every other election in recent years, is what historian Daniel Boorstin referred to as a “pseudo-event”: manufactured, contrived, coinfected, and devoid of any intrinsic value save the value of being advertised.

After all, who wants to talk about police shootings, SWAT team raids, asset forfeiture schemes, private prisons, school-to-prison pipelines, overcriminalization, censorship, or any of the other evils that plague our nation when you can tune into a reality show carefully calibrated to appeal to the public’s need for bread and circuses, diversion and entertainment, and pomp and circumstance.

But make no mistake: Americans only think they’re choosing the next president.

In truth, however, they’re engaging in the illusion of participation culminating in the reassurance ritual of voting. It’s just another Blue Pill, a manufactured reality conjured up by the matrix in order to keep the populace compliant and convinced that their vote counts and that they still have some influence over the political process.

It’s all an illusion.

The nation is drowning in debt, crippled by a slowing economy, overrun by militarized police, swarming with surveillance, besieged by endless wars and a military-industrial complex intent on starting new ones, and riddled with corrupt politicians at every level of government.

All the while, we’re arguing over which corporate puppet will be given the honor of stealing our money, invading our privacy, abusing our trust, undermining our freedoms, and shackling us with debt and misery for years to come.

Nothing taking place on Election Day will alleviate the suffering of the American people.

Unless we do something more than vote, the government as we have come to know it—corrupt, bloated, and controlled by big-money corporations, lobbyists, and special interest groups—will remain unchanged. And “we the people”—overtaxed, overpoliced, overburdened by big government, underrepresented by those who should speak for us and blissfully ignorant of the prison walls closing in on us—will continue to trudge along a path of misery.

With roughly 22 lobbyists per Congressman, corporate greed will continue to call the shots in the nation’s capital, while our so-called representatives will grow richer and the people poorer. And elections will continue to be driven by war chests and corporate benefactors rather than such values as honesty, integrity and public service.

Just consider: while billions will be spent on the elections this year, not a dime of that money will actually help the average American in their day-to-day struggles to just get by.

Conveniently, politicians only seem to remember their constituents in the months leading up to an election, and yet “we the people” continue to take the abuse, the neglect, the corruption, and the lies. We make excuses for the shoddy treatment, we cover up for them when they cheat on us, and we keep hoping that if we just stick with them long enough, eventually they’ll treat us right.

When a country spends billions of dollars to select what is, for all intents and purposes, a glorified homecoming king or queen to occupy the White House, while tens of millions of its people live in poverty, nearly 18 million Americans are out of work, and most of the country and its economy remain in a state of semi-lockdown due to COVID-19 restrictions, that’s a country whose priorities are out of step with the needs of its people.

Then again, people get the government they deserve.

No matter who wins the presidential election come November, it’s a sure bet that the losers will be the American people if all we’re prepared to do is vote.

As political science professor, Gene Sharp notes in starker terms, “Dictators are not in the business of allowing elections that could remove them from their thrones.”

To put it another way, the Establishment—the shadow government and its corporate partners that really run the show, pull the strings and dictate the policies, no matter who occupies the Oval Office—are not going to allow anyone to take office who will unravel their power structures. Those who have attempted to do so in the past have been effectively put out of commission.

So what is the solution to this blatant display of imperial elitism disguising itself as a populist exercise in representative government?

Stop playing the game. Stop supporting the system. Stop defending the insanity. Just stop.

Washington thrives on money, so stop giving them your money. Stop throwing your hard-earned dollars away on politicians and Super PACs who view you as nothing more than a means to an end. There are countless worthy grassroots organizations and nonprofits working in your community to address real needs like injustice, poverty, homelessness, etc. Support them and you’ll see change you really can believe in in your own backyard.

Politicians depend on votes, so stop giving them your vote unless they have a proven track record of listening to their constituents, abiding by their wishes and working hard to earn and keep their trust.

It’s comforting to believe that your vote matters, but Franklin Delano Roosevelt was right: “Presidents are selected, not elected.”

Despite what is taught in school and the propaganda that is peddled by the media, a presidential election is not a populist election for a representative. Rather, it’s a gathering of shareholders to select the next CEO, a fact reinforced by the nation’s archaic electoral college system. In other words, your vote doesn’t elect a president. Despite the fact that there are 218 million eligible voters in this country (only half of whom actually vote), it is the electoral college, made up of 538 individuals handpicked by the candidates’ respective parties, that actually selects the next president.

The only thing you’re accomplishing by taking part in the “reassurance ritual” of voting is sustaining the illusion that we have a democratic republic.

In actuality, we are suffering from what political scientists Martin Gilens and Benjamin Page more accurately termed an “economic élite domination” in which the economic elite (lobbyists, corporations, monied special interest groups) dominate and dictate national policy.

No surprise there.

As an in-depth Princeton University study confirms, democracy has been replaced by an oligarchy, a system of government in which elected officials represent the interests of the rich and powerful rather than the average citizen.

We did it to ourselves.

We said nothing while our elections were turned into popularity contests populated by individuals better suited to be talk-show hosts rather than intelligent, reasoned debates on issues of domestic and foreign policy by individuals with solid experience, proven track records, and tested integrity.

We turned our backs on things like wisdom, sound judgment, morality, and truth, shrugging them off as old-fashioned, only to find ourselves saddled with lying politicians incapable of making fair and impartial decisions.

We let ourselves be persuaded that those yokels in Washington could do a better job of running this country than we could. It’s not a new problem. As former Senator Joseph S. Clark Jr. acknowledged in a 1955 article titled, “Wanted: Better Politicians”: “[W]e have too much mediocrity in the business of running the government of the country, and it troubles me that this should be so at a time of such complexity and crisis… Government by amateurs, semi-pros, and minor-leaguers will not meet the challenge of our times. We must realize that it takes great competence to run a country which, in spite of itself, has succeeded to world leadership in a time of deadly peril.”

We indulged our craving for entertainment news at the expense of our need for balanced reporting by a news media committed to asking the hard questions of government officials. The result, as former congressman Jim Leach points out, leaves us at a grave disadvantage: “At a time when in-depth analysis of the issues of the day has never been more important, quality journalism has been jeopardized by financial considerations and undercut by purveyors of ideology who facilely design news, like clothes, to appeal to a market segment.”

We bought into the fairytale that politicians are saviors, capable of fixing what’s wrong with our communities and our lives, when in fact, most politicians lead such sheltered lives that they have no clue about what their constituents must do to make ends meet. As political scientists, Morris Fiorina and Samuel Abrams conclude, “In America today, there is a disconnect between an unrepresentative political class and the citizenry it purports to represent. The political process today not only is less representative than it was a generation ago and less supported by the citizenry, but the outcomes of that process are at a minimum no better.”

We let ourselves be saddled with a two-party system and fooled into believing that there’s a difference between the Republicans and Democrats, when in fact, the two parties are exactly the same. As one commentator noted, both parties support endless war, engage in out-of-control spending, ignore the citizenry’s basic rights, have no respect for the rule of law, are bought and paid for by the corporate elite, care most about their own power, and have a long record of expanding government and shrinking liberty.

Then, when faced with the prospect of voting for the lesser of two evils, many simply compromise their principles and overlook the fact that the lesser of two evils is still evil.

Perhaps worst of all, we allowed the cynicism of our age and the cronyism and corruption of Washington, DC, to discourage us from believing that there was any hope for the American experiment in liberty.

Granted, it’s easy to become discouraged about the state of our nation. We’re drowning under the weight of too much debt, too many wars, too much power in the hands of a centralized government, too many militarized police, too many laws, too many lobbyists, and generally too much bad news.

It’s harder to believe that change is possible, that the system can be reformed, that politicians can be principled, that courts can be just, that good can overcome evil, and that freedom will prevail.

Yet I truly believe that change is possible, that the system can be reformed, that politicians can be principled, that courts can be just, that good can overcome evil, and that freedom can prevail but it will take each and every one of us committed to doing the hard work of citizenship that extends beyond the act of voting.

A healthy, representative government is hard work. It takes a citizenry that is informed about the issues, educated about how the government operates, and willing to make the sacrifices necessary to stay involved.

Most of all, it takes a citizenry willing to do more than grouse and complain.

The powers-that-be want us to believe that our job as citizens begins and ends on Election Day. They want us to believe that we have no right to complain about the state of the nation unless we’ve cast our vote one way or the other. They want us to remain divided over politics, hostile to those with whom we disagree politically, and intolerant of anyone or anything whose solutions to what ails this country differ from our own.

What they don’t want us doing is presenting a united front in order to reject the pathetic excuse for government that is being fobbed off on us.

So where does that leave us?

We’d better stop hanging our hopes on a political savior to rescue us from the clutches of an imperial president.

It’s possible that the next president might be better, but then again, he or she could be far worse.

Remember, presidential elections merely serve to maintain the status quo. Once elected president, that person becomes part of the dictatorial continuum that is the American imperial presidency today.

If we are to return to a constitutional presidency, “we the people” must recalibrate the balance of power.

The first step is to start locally—in your own communities, in your schools, at your city council meetings, in newspaper editorials, at protests—by pushing back against laws that are unjust, police departments that overreach, politicians that don’t listen to their constituents, and a system of government that grows more tyrannical by the day.

As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the only thing that will save us now is a concerted, collective commitment to the Constitution’s principles of limited government, a system of checks and balances, and a recognition that they—the president, Congress, the courts, the military, the police, the technocrats and plutocrats and bureaucrats—answer to and are accountable to “we the people.”

This will mean that Americans will have to stop letting their personal politics and party allegiances blind them to government misconduct and power grabs. It will mean holding all three branches of government accountable to the Constitution (i.e., vote them out of office if they abuse their powers). And it will mean calling on Congress to put an end to the use of presidential executive orders, decrees, memorandums, proclamations, national security directives, and legislative signing statements as a means of getting around Congress and the courts.

As historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. concludes:

I would argue that what the country needs today is a little serious disrespect for the office of the presidency; a refusal to give any more weight to a President’s words than the intelligence of the utterance, if spoken by anyone else, would command… If the nation wants to work its way back to a constitutional presidency, there is only one way to begin. That is by showing Presidents that, when their closest associates place themselves above the law and the Constitution, such transgressions will be not forgiven or forgotten for the sake of the presidency but exposed and punished for the sake of the presidency.”

In other words, we’ve got to stop treating the president like a god and start making both the office of the president and the occupant play by the rules of the Constitution.

Richie From Boston: “We Must NOT CONSENT!”

The power-hungry elitists that want to control and enslave humanity have already let us know that they will not be stopping. They will initiate crisis after crisis until they get the New World Order. The only way out is to disobey, and do not consent to your own enslavement.

“They are messing with deliveries and food supplies,” says Richie. “Be ready.” Richie’s message is to not consent.  We’ve been saying that from day one since the lockdowns started. If you can’t simply disobey an order to destroy your own life, you’ll make a perfect citizen of the New World Order.  It’s coming.  Whether we like it or not.  Be prepared, and leave the system, and do not acquiesce to power.

By “leave the system” we mean to leave the central banking system and never submit to microchipping or vaccines. Stop tolerating human rights violations because a politician you voted for is committing them. Stop submitting to other humans when they demand it. That’s all they are. Humans, like you and me.  They have not authority over your life that you don’t have over theirs.

Richie from Boston wrote a poem, and it needs to be shared:

Make your own choices, and decide for yourself what’s right and moral. Usually, using a quick critical thinking exercise will get you to examine your current beliefs and whether or not they are yours, to begin with, let alone moral. Challenge yourself, and rise above. Wake up and realize no one has a higher authority over your life than you:

Examining our ability or willingness to consent is a difficult first step and it’s so uncomfortable, many won’t even take it. Yet, until you see the power of mental manipulation done to humanity to get them to reject their own morals in order to be subservient to the ruling class, it will be tough to “disobey” or “not consent.”

The most important preparation you can make right now is to prepare your mind because this is a war for it. Some call it a “spiritual war,” which could also be accurate, but nonetheless, they (those who want to rule over you) require your consent (and they know this), or the entire thing crumbles and we are left in peace and freedom. It’s time to wake up and remove the mental chains.

Why The Public Should Rebel Against Forced Vaccinations

This article was originally published by Brandon Smith at Alt-Market.

The debate over the morality and practicality of forced vaccinations has been raging for many years, long before the coronavirus ever hit the US population. With the advent of the pandemic the narrative has shifted to one of “necessity”. The media and the majority of governments around the world now act as if mass vaccinations are a given; the “debate is over”, as collectivists like to say when they are tired of having to deal with any logical or factual complaints.

In the case of the novel coronavirus there is no vaccine yet; unless of course the virus was engineered or evolved in a lab (as more and more evidence is suggesting), and then perhaps there is one already developed. Typically, vaccines take years to test and produce, and whenever a vaccine is rushed onto the market very bad things tend to happen.

The vaccine debate often revolves around the issue of safety. Is a particular inoculation safe or poisonous? Does it have long term effects that are dangerous? Does it harm children with highly sensitive and underdeveloped body systems?  These are valid concerns, but ultimately the fight over vaccines has less to do with medical safety or effectiveness and more to do with individual rights vs government demands.

In other words, the more important questions are:  Should social engineering by governments and elites be allowed? Do people have the right to determine how their bodies are medically augmented or manipulated? Does the “security of the majority” take precedence over the civil liberties of the individual?  And if so, who gets to determine what freedoms will be taken away?

The Legal Argument

The purveyors of the forced vaccination philosophy usually make a legal or technical argument first before they appeal to the idea of “the greater good”.  They do this because they know that public perception often assumes (wrongly) that legal authority is the same as moral authority.

In 1905, the US Supreme Court was presented with Jacobson vs. Massachusetts, a case involving the subject of state-enforced smallpox vaccination. The defendant argued on the grounds of the 14th Amendment that his bodily liberty was being violated by the state if he was subjected to arbitrary vaccination without his consent. The state and the Supreme Court felt differently (of course). The Supreme Court ruled against Jacobson on the grounds that his refusal to take the vaccine put other people “at-risk”, and that “for the common good” states have certain “police powers” that supersede personal liberties.

Whenever liberty movement activists argue against forced vaccinations on constitutional grounds, THIS is the counter-argument that the government and statists will make. They will bring up Jacobson vs. Massachusetts and then claim that is the end of the discussion.

Essentially, the Supreme Court argued that the federal government could not interfere with state-imposed forced vaccinations on the grounds of states’ rights and the 10th Amendment. Most people in the liberty movement will find this rather ironic, as it is bizarre to hear about the federal government defending states’ rights. But, this support of the 10th Amendment is highly selective.

First, let’s not forget that the Supreme Court has been wrong many times in the past. In the Dredd Scott case in 1834, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of slavery and the right of states to enforce the institution. They also argued that the 5th Amendment protected slave owners because freeing slaves meant depriving owners of their “property”.

The Supreme Court’s habit is to defend states’ rights and the 10th Amendment when people’s individual liberties are being quashed. However, if a case involves states protecting citizens from federal intrusion, the court flips and attacks states’ rights when they work in favor of individual liberty or self-determination.

The Jacobson vs. Massachusetts case may be the reason why Trump and the federal government have mostly left the lockdowns and emergency actions to the states.  The legal precedence was already established in 1905 on quarantines and forcing vaccinations through state police powers, so it only follows that the establishment would utilize the states to carry out such measures in the near future.

The “states vs federal government” debate sets up a false paradigm. There is no separation between state and federal governments when it comes to tyranny – both sides love it, though they pretend to be opposed to each other at times. That is to say, whether it is the federal government violating your constitutional rights or the state government violating your constitutional rights, the Supreme Court is often comfortable with both.

The truth they don’t want to discuss is that at the bottom the Bill of Rights overrules them regardless of federal precedent or the 10th Amendment. The key to the Bill of Rights is that each American citizen has INHERENT LIBERTIES that supersede both federal and state power. These rights are inalienable. They cannot be violated today, and the law cannot be adjusted to violate them tomorrow. These rights and freedoms are ETERNAL.

The Supreme Court hisses with a forked tongue about the “spirit of the constitution” but ignores the clear and concrete intent as stated by the Founders. Statists argue in favor of the “living document” philosophy when it suits them as a means to change the original meaning and laws put forth in the Bill of Rights because this allows them to violate citizen freedoms under the guise of “legality”. But “legality” is not the same amorality. Legality is meaningless, and the Supreme Court is meaningless if it acts against the constitutional bedrock of the Bill of Rights and individual liberty as they have done numerous times in the past.

The Moral Argument

So, if we cannot rely on legality to protect us from state tyranny, what can we rely on? Forced vaccine advocates will say that morality is on their side as well, for if a person does not vaccinate they are putting the rest of society at risk of infection. Therefore, your individual rights must be violated in order to protect the rights of the rest of society. The problem is that Jacobson vs Massachusetts makes no logical argument supporting this assertion, and neither do forced vaccine proponents.

Look at it this way: How can a person that is not vaccinated “harm” people that are vaccinated? How are they putting those people at risk? If the vaccine actually works, then vaccinated people are safe from infection, aren’t they? So, the only person “at-risk” is the person that chose not to vaccinate. This comes down to personal choice, there is no question of “the greater good” or social risk.

I find it fascinating that the people that argue fervently in favor of forced vaccinations (people like Bill Gates) also tend to be the same people that argue in favor of abortion rights.  So, “my body my choice” is acceptable when it comes to women ending the lives of unborn children, but “my body my choice” is not acceptable when it comes to mass vaccinations even though an unvaccinated person is a threat to no one.

Some vaccine advocates will then claim that unvaccinated people could be host to “mutations” that threaten herd immunity. The problem is that there is no evidence to support this argument. The vast majority of viruses tend to mutate into LESS deadly or infectious strains, not more deadly. The only mitigating factors would be if a virus was deliberately designed or engineered to mutate in an unnatural manner.

If a virus is designed to mutate into a vastly different and more deadly strain that can attack vaccinated persons then the vaccine was never useful to begin with, and forced vaccinations are pointless. Once again, if the vaccine is effective then there is simply no basis for the position that an unvaccinated person puts vaccinated people in danger.

The Conformity Argument

The next argument by pro-forced vaccination people is to ask “why”? Why do you care if you are vaccinated? What do you have to worry about? Just go along to get along, right…?

This argument reminds me of a common anti-gun narrative: Why do you need to carry a gun? Why frighten other people? The chances you will need it are slim, right…?

The most important answer to the gun question is “Because it’s my right to carry and I plan to exercise it. Also, your fear of guns does not take precedence over my constitutional freedoms.” The same goes for forced vaccination: Because it is my right to refuse to have ANY pharmaceutical product injected into my body. Your fears of infection do not matter to my constitutional rights. If you want to take the vaccine then that is your choice. Leave me out of it.

Arguing about hypothetical threats is a waste of time. I carry a firearm because I have the right to have a means of defense just in case I need it. I refuse vaccinations because I have a right to avoid potential bodily harm just in case I have suspicions of a faulty product.

And is there reason to be concerned about faulty vaccines? Absolutely. Mass vaccination programs that were rushed to the public have a track record of harming people’s health.

With globalists like Bill Gates, an obsessive champion of depopulation at the forefront of the Covid-19 effort, I have no plans to accept any coronavirus vaccine. Bill Gates has funded numerous experimental vaccine trials through the World Health Organization, including Polio vaccination programs.  It was these same programs that led to viral outbreaks of polio in various countries and hundreds of paralyzed children. In fact, the vaccines caused more cases of Polio than the wild-type virus. This if VERIFIED FACT, admitted by the WHO and other mainstream sources, though numerous leftist media outlets continue to deny it.

At most, the WHO and Gates can claim that the infections were “accidental”. But if this is the case, it would still suggest that vaccines developed by Gates Foundation programs and the WHO should not be trusted.

In 1976 a swine flu scare enabled the initiation of a government-funded mass vaccination program. The vaccine was faulty and was canceled in less than 10 weeks after causing hundreds of cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, a rare neurological condition that leads to temporary paralysis and sometimes death.

In 2008, Swiss company Novartis tested a Bird Flu vaccine on the homeless and poor population of Poland. The vaccine trial paid participants $2, and they were told the inoculation was for the “normal flu”. According a homeless center in the area, at least 21 people died right after they participated in the trial.

A GlaxoSmithKline executive by the name of Moncef Slaoui was recently tapped by Donald Trump to head up the government’s effort to develop a coronavirus vaccine. This appointment should be highly concerning to the public. Why? Because Glaxo has a dark history in vaccine development, including an incident in Argentina in 2007-2008 when they were fined after a pneumonia vaccine trial allegedly caused the deaths of at least 14 babies. Slaoui was in charge of Glaxo’s vaccine division at the time.

Statists that argue in favor of forced vaccination will dismiss all of these examples as mere “accidents” that are “rare”. Others will claim that fighting the pandemic is worth the risk of a “few deaths” due to some faulty vaccines. But this does not address the core issue of the battle against forced vaccination programs.  Does a minority of elites in government or even a majority of useful idiots in the general population have the right to declare ownership of your body in the name of an arbitrary “greater good”?  I say no, which is why I will NOT be conforming to any forced vaccine measures and I am willing to take extreme actions to defend myself from them if necessary.

As mentioned above, if a vaccine works, then there is no need to force people to take it. It will protect those that want it and the only risk is to those that choose not to use it. Frankly, the people in charge of the vaccine effort are not to be trusted, they have open ideological agendas that are questionable to say the least. Allowing them to dictate what goes into our bodies is akin to slavery at best, and possible mass death at worst.

From 9/11 to COVID-19, It’s Been a Perpetual State of Emergency

This article was originally published by John W. Whitehead at The Rutherford Institute.

“The fundamental political question is why do people obey a government. The answer is that they tend to enslave themselves, to let themselves be governed by tyrants. Freedom from servitude comes not from violent action, but from the refusal to serve. Tyrants fall when the people withdraw their support.”—Étienne De La Boétie, The Politics Of Obedience

Don’t pity this year’s crop of graduates because this COVID-19 pandemic caused them to miss out on the antics of their senior year and the pomp and circumstance of graduation.

Pity them because they have spent their entire lives in a state of emergency.

They were born in the wake of the 9/11 attacks; raised without any expectation of privacy in a technologically-driven, mass surveillance state; educated in schools that teach conformity and compliance; saddled with a debt-ridden economy on the brink of implosion; made vulnerable by the blowback from a military empire constantly waging war against shadowy enemies; policed by government agents armed to the teeth ready and able to lock down the country at a moment’s notice, and forced to march in lockstep with a government that no longer exists to serve the people but which demands they be obedient slaves or suffer the consequences.

It’s a dismal start to life, isn’t it?

Unfortunately, we who should have known better failed to maintain our freedoms or provide our young people with the tools necessary to survive, let alone succeed, in the impersonal jungle that is modern America.

We brought them into homes fractured by divorce, distracted by mindless entertainment, and obsessed with the pursuit of materialism. We institutionalized them in daycares and afterschool programs, substituting time with teachers and childcare workers for parental involvement. We turned them into test-takers instead of thinkers and automatons instead of activists.

We allowed them to languish in schools that not only look like prisons but function like prisons, as well—where conformity is the rule and freedom is the exception. We made them easy prey for our corporate overlords while instilling in them the values of a celebrity-obsessed, technology-driven culture devoid of any true spirituality. And we taught them to believe that the pursuit of their own personal happiness trumped all other virtues, including any empathy whatsoever for their fellow human beings

No, we haven’t done this generation any favors.

Given the current political climate and nationwide lockdown, things could only get worse.

For those coming of age today (and for the rest of us who are muddling along through this dystopian nightmare), here are a few bits of advice that will hopefully help as we navigate the perils ahead.

Be an individual. For all of its claims to champion the individual, American culture advocates a stark conformity which, as John F. Kennedy warned, is “the jailer of freedom, and the enemy of growth.” Worry less about fitting in with the rest of the world and instead, as Henry David Thoreau urged, become “a Columbus to whole new continents and worlds within you, opening new channels, not of trade, but of thought.”

Learn your rights. We’re losing our freedoms for one simple reason: most of us don’t know anything about our freedoms. At a minimum, anyone who has graduated from high school, let alone college, should know the Bill of Rights backward and forwards. However, the average young person, let alone citizen, has very little knowledge of their rights for the simple reason that the schools no longer teach them. So grab a copy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and study them at home. And when the time comes, stand up for your rights before it’s too late.

Speak truth to power. Don’t be naive about those in positions of authority. As James Madison, who wrote our Bill of Rights, observed, “All men having power ought to be distrusted.” We must learn the lessons of history. People in power, more often than not, abuse that power. To maintain our freedoms, this will mean challenging government officials whenever they exceed the bounds of their office.

Resist all things that numb you. Don’t measure your worth by what you own or earn. Likewise, don’t become mindless consumers unaware of the world around you. Resist all things that numb you, put you to sleep, or help you “cope” with so-called reality. Those who establish the rules and laws that govern society’s actions desire compliant subjects. However, as George Orwell warned, “Until they become conscious, they will never rebel, and until after they rebelled, they cannot become conscious.” It is these conscious individuals who change the world for the better.

Don’t let technology turn you into zombies. Technology anesthetizes us to the all-too-real tragedies that surround us. Techno-gadgets are merely distractions from what’s really going on in America and around the world. As a result, we’ve begun mimicking the inhuman technology that surrounds us and have lost our humanity. We’ve become sleepwalkers. If you’re going to make a difference in the world, you’re going to have to pull the earbuds out, turn off the cell phones and spend much less time viewing screens.

Help others. We all have a calling in life. And I believe it boils down to one thing: You are here on this planet to help other people. In fact, none of us can exist very long without help from others. If we’re going to see any positive change for freedom, then we must change our view of what it means to be human and regain a sense of what it means to love and help one another. That will mean gaining the courage to stand up for the oppressed.

Refuse to remain silent in the face of evil. Throughout history, individuals or groups of individuals have risen up to challenge the injustices of their age. Nazi Germany had its Dietrich Bonhoeffer. The gulags of the Soviet Union were challenged by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. America had its color-coded system of racial segregation and warmongering called out for what it was, blatant discrimination and profiteering, by Martin Luther King Jr. And then there was Jesus Christ, an itinerant preacher and revolutionary activist, who not only died challenging the police state of his day—namely, the Roman Empire—but provided a blueprint for civil disobedience that would be followed by those, religious and otherwise, who came after him. What we lack today and so desperately need are those with moral courage who will risk their freedoms and lives in order to speak out against evil in its many forms.

Cultivate spirituality, reject materialism, and put people first. When the things that matter most have been subordinated to materialism, we have lost our moral compass. We must change our values to reflect something more meaningful than technology, materialism, and politics. Standing at the pulpit of the Riverside Church in New York City in April 1967, Martin Luther King Jr. urged his listeners:

[W]e as a nation must undergo a radical revolution of values. We must rapidly begin the shift from a “thing-oriented” society to a “person-oriented” society. When machines and computers, profit motive and property rights are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered.

Pitch in and do your part to make the world a better place. Don’t rely on someone else to do the heavy lifting for you. Don’t wait around for someone else to fix what ails you, your community, or nation. As Mahatma Gandhi urged: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Stop waiting for political saviors to fix what is wrong with this country. Stop waiting for some political savior to swoop in and fix all that’s wrong with this country. Stop allowing yourselves to be drawn into divisive party politics. Stop thinking of yourselves as members of a particular political party, as opposed to citizens of the United States. Most of all, stop looking away from the injustices and cruelties and endless acts of tyranny that have become hallmarks of the American police state. Be vigilant and do your part to recalibrate the balance of power in favor of “we the people.”

Say no to war. Addressing the graduates at Binghampton Central High School in 1968, at a time when the country was waging war “on different fields, on different levels, and with different weapons,” Twilight Zone creator Rod Serling declared:

Too many wars are fought almost as if by rote. Too many wars are fought out of sloganry, out of battle hymns, out of aged, musty appeals to patriotism that went out with knighthood and moats. Love your country because it is eminently worthy of your affection. Respect it because it deserves your respect. Be loyal to it because it cannot survive without your loyalty. But do not accept the shedding of blood as a natural function or a prescribed way of history—even if history points this up by its repetition. That men die for causes does not necessarily sanctify that cause. And that men are maimed and torn to pieces every fifteen and twenty years does not immortalize or deify the act of war… find another means that does not come with the killing of your fellow-man.

Finally, prepare yourselves for what lies ahead. The demons of our age—some of whom disguise themselves as politicians—delight in fomenting violence, sowing distrust and prejudice, and persuading the public to support tyranny disguised as patriotism. Overcoming the evils of our age will require more than intellect and activism. It will require decency, morality, goodness, truth, and toughness. As Serling concluded in his remarks to the graduating class of 1968:

Toughness is the singular quality most required of you… we have left you a world far more botched than the one that was left to us… Part of your challenge is to seek out truth, to come up with a point of view not dictated to you by anyone, be he a congressman, even a minister… Are you tough enough to take the divisiveness of this land of ours, the fact that everything is polarized, black and white, this or that, absolutely right or absolutely wrong. This is one of the challenges. Be prepared to seek out the middle ground … that wondrous and very difficult-to-find Valhalla where man can look to both sides and see the errant truths that exist on both sides. If you must swing left or you must swing right—respect the other side. Honor the motives that come from the other side. Argue, debate, rebut—but don’t close those wondrous minds of yours to opposition. In their eyes, you’re the opposition. And ultimately … ultimately—you end divisiveness by compromise. And so long as men walk and breathe—there must be compromise…

Are you tough enough to face one of the uglier stains upon the fabric of our democracy—prejudice? It’s the basic root of most evil. It’s a part of the sickness of man. And it’s a part of man’s admission, his constant sick admission, that to exist he must find a scapegoat. To explain away his own deficiencies—he must try to find someone who he believes more deficient… Make your judgment of your fellow-man on what he says and what he believes and the way he acts. Be tough enough, please, to live with prejudice and give battle to it. It warps, it poisons, it distorts and it is self-destructive. It has fallout worse than a bomb … and worst of all it cheapens and demeans anyone who permits himself the luxury of hating.”

The only way we’ll ever achieve change in this country is for people to finally say “enough is enough” and fight for the things that truly matter.

It doesn’t matter how old you are or what your political ideology is: wake up, stand up, speak up, and make your citizenship count for something more than just voting.

Pandemic or not, don’t allow your freedoms to be curtailed and your voice to be muzzled.

It’s our civic duty to make the government hear us—and heed us—using every nonviolent means available to us: picket, protest, march, boycott, speak up, sound off and reclaim control over the narrative about what is really going on in this country.

Mind you, the government doesn’t want to hear us. It doesn’t even want us to speak. In fact, as I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People, the government has done a diabolically good job of establishing roadblocks to prevent us from exercising our First Amendment right to speech and assembly and protest.

Still, we must persist.

So get active, get outraged, and get going: there’s work to be done.

The Government Has A New Secret Watchlist & Can Track Americans Without A Warrant

The government now has a new secret watchlist that allows his administration to track Americans without a warrant.  In case you haven’t noticed, your rights are being suspended and removed in quick succession.

This is an expansive list that includes Americans with no connections to terrorism. According to a report by Newsweek, the new watchlist, authorized through a classified Attorney General order and launched in 2017, is expected to grow to well over one million names. It also allows the government to track and monitor Americans without a warrant, even when there is no evidence they’re breaking the law.

While two separate laws require the government to announce new systems of data collection of Americans, there has been no acknowledgment of the expanded watchlist. If you’ve been paying attention, especially lately, you should know that laws don’t protect us.  They protect the ruling class from us.

The criteria to be placed on the new watchlist demands that an individual be associated with “transnational” criminal organizations, including front organizations that are actually foreign government entities. Transnational criminal organizations include not just drug cartels, crime syndicates, and gangs, but also political groups such as nationalist parties and information activists. Individuals can be watchlisted when they are suspected of corruption, money laundering, computer hacking, stock market manipulation, health care fraud, even wildlife trafficking. –Newsweek

The new Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) watchlist is modeled after the Terrorist Screening Database, which was created in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks as a single repository of terrorist suspects. Over the years, that watchlist has grown to include 1.2 million people, among whom are roughly 6,000 Americans that the FBI associates with domestic terrorism. In other words, domestic terrorists are Americans who question the government and disagree with the official narrative.

The new TOC watchlist authorizes agencies to collect information even when there is no evidence of a crime or intent to commit a crime. This authority circumvents criminal justice requirements for due process, equal protection under the law, and freedom of association under the Constitution.

“When we put Americans on that list, there damn well better be a good reason investigatively that they committed a criminal act. Otherwise, I think that’s unconstitutional,” says Frank Taylor, a retired Air Force Brig. General and career law enforcement professional. Taylor held senior leadership positions under both the Bush and Obama administrations, most recently as head of intelligence for the Department of Homeland Security. –Newsweek

All of our freedoms and basic human rights have been eliminated.  The only thing we have left is our own free will.

Regular Americans Are STANDING UP To Tyrannical Cops

All over the United States, Americans have figured out just who is “enforcing” tyranny upon them, and have started standing up. Police may have awoken the “sleeping giant,” the American people, who are tired of living as slaves.  It’s time to get on the right side of history, and quick.

Those who used to applaud the police for their brutality against “criminals” have come to realize just how quickly the government can make them outlaws with just the swipe of a pen.  Fortunately, these people are finally waking up and figuring out who is actively enforcing the tyrannical edicts of tyrants.

City officials warned and fined a Waffles Shop owner for daring to disobey their commands to keep his business closed in Fresno, California.  That’s when the American people stepped in and created a barricade against a cop who was barking the orders passed down from the ruling class, attempting to get the people to obey.  Chief of Police Andrew Hall said in a news release late Monday that “it does appear that the officer was acting lawfully while assisting Code Enforcement. It also appears that the individual, in this case, did obstruct the officer in his duties.”

All cops seem to be forgetting that just because something is legal, that does not make it right.

Cops in Los Angeles that attempted to enforce social distancing were run off by regular people wielding…water guns.  None of these stories will make it to mainstream media in any kind of meaningful capacity, because they want you to roll over and accept “the new normal.”  But Americans everywhere are starting to say “we won’t take it anymore!”

Riot cops actually stood down and walked away after one man appealed to them with logic and liberty after challenging their integrity. It should be well known by now that any cop still enforcing any amount of tyranny has no integrity.  And the American people are waking up.

“I’d rather lose my job than lose my soul,” says the man appealing to the riot police. “Cuz what are you gonna go tell your little boy or your little girl tonight? That you took a baton and you crushed somebody’s skull who was a mom? Is that what tough guy does?”

It’s time for all law enforcement to get on the right side of history and stop acting like the Gestapo. But unfortunately, there will always be order followers willing to commit violence on behalf of the ruling class.

Proving there are no good cops, because the good ones get fired, remember the video of the cop saying all other LEOs should stop enforcing tyranny?  He was fired for it.

We do have power against these bullies especially when we stand together. More LEOs need to be aware of what they are doing in exchange for a paycheck because they are acting just like the police in the former Soviet Union, in Communist China, and the exact same way the Gestapo did in Nazi Germany.  History will not be kind.

Another cop has come forward trying to appeal to those who think they have the right to take others’ rights and rule over others

I’ve said it before, and I will say it again: There are no orders if there are no order followers.  The police are the ruling class’ “teeth.” Without them, we’d all be living freely and would have no reason to have to fight for our rights against tyrants, because no one would be enforcing tyranny.  Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin got away with mass murder because the cops obeyed their orders.  Remember that when all of this is done.  Remember who obeyed the commands of tyrants and tried to strip you of every last shred of your human rights.

Cops and the ruling class are just human beings, like you and me.  They don’t have any additional rights that you don’t have and they are acting immorally when they try to prevent you from living in freedom, which is the birthright of every human on this planet.

Standing up to them is not immoral, in fact, it’s the only way we’ll ever have true freedom.

We are many, they are few. Stand together against all tyranny.

Tyrant Billionaire Wants Massive Government “Testing and Tracing” Program

It sure would be nice if the tyrants would just say what they mean.  The owner of the Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, who happens to be a billionaire, wants everyone tracked and traced before people are “allowed” to have even a semblance of their lives back.  But it’s all to help the economy, of course.

A massive government program to employ a large number of people to track and trace their fellow Americans sounds disturbingly like Hitler’s Nazi Germany.  But nothing that comes out of the mouths of power-hungry billionaires surprises me anymore. Cuban is calling for mass surveillance, and it appears that he would probably support H.R. 6666, the mass surveillance bill that would “allow” agents of the ruling class to come to your house if they think anyone might be sick.

“This is not like the recessions of the past, even the Great Recession, where we had time to allow entrepreneurs just to create enough businesses or create enough jobs,” Cuban said. “We’re down 30 million-plus jobs in two months.” Ignoring the fact that it was the government who destroyed the economy, the entrepreneur and host on ABC’s Shark Tank said he would support federal or state government work programs on an “intermediate basis,” noting that the creation of these temporary jobs “buys us time” while the country attempts to regain normalcy in the job market. He argued that consumer spending will be what revitalizes the economy but that people need to have income in order to spend, according to a report by The Washington Examiner.

Americans Are Too “Idiotic To See How Enslaved They Are” Even As the Gates of Hell Open Up

“We may have to go to jobs programs like we did in the ‘30s, which would make perfect sense for like tracking, and tracing, and testing where we train healthcare workers to do that and create 2 or 3 million jobs,” Cuban said.

“Create jobs where people who can’t get out of the house for whatever reason … hiring people from AmeriCorps or Peace Corps and paying them and training them to work with those people, particularly the elderly,” he continued. “We need to create jobs that people have confidence in because we need them to spend that money. We need them to be consumers.” –The Washington Examiner

Does this sound familiar? This exactly what the mainstream media and most TV “programming” is doing already:

At least we can thank Cuban for showing his true colors.  He doesn’t want anyone helped.  He wants us to submit to totalitarian and authoritarian enslavement where we can do two things: consume and obey.

Don’t let any tyrants get away with any of this.  Remember who wants you to be controlled by others and remember those who blindly followed the orders to obey and track their fellow humans like they are cattle.  We need to stand up to this tyranny.  We are not dogs or sheep.  We are not cattle that need to be tracked and microchipped so the ruling class can do with us what they will.  We are human beings and until we demand to be treated as such, they will continue to stomp the boots down on our throats.

Mark Cuban On AI: ‘If You Don’t Think A Terminator Will Appear, You’re CRAZY!’

These people will push as far as we allow. So far, not enough Americans have stood up.  Most realize what’s going on, but most are content to follow orders and “not make any waves.”

It Wasn’t The “Virus” That Crashed The Economy, It Was The People Who Obeyed

Most atrocities in human history have all been committed by individuals and agents of government who were “just following orders” or “just obeying the law.”  The virus didn’t give any orders. It was the people who obeyed the commands of tyrants that crashed the economy and ruined the livelihoods of others.

Most human beings still think like slaves.  Instead of asking questions or using critical thinking skills to ask if something is right before doing it, they simply obey perceived “authority”.  The truth is, this lockdown is the fault of everyone who complied and everyone who used forced to exact revenge on those who disobeyed.  It was the same in all tyrannical takeovers in history.

The mainstream media keeps blaming the economic devastation on the coronavirus, but it wasn’t the fault of a virus.  It was the fault of the government and the slave mentality of the police and the public willingly obeying their commands.

Mainstream media outlets are still trying desperately to spin the narrative and fault the “invisible enemy” for the very real toll on human life the government’s overreaction has already caused.  This is nothing more than propaganda, and once you pick it up, you’ll be able to see it.  The media doesn’t want you to put the blame where it belongs and figure things out for yourself, so they hide behind deception headlines that will keep you in fear of COVID-19 as long as possible.

This is all a part of the larger plan to keep the public panicked about a virus and looking the other way when the tyrannical boots of the state come down on them.  We know this is what the media does, and we know they are doing it to keep the ruling class in power and the public panicked and in a constant state of fear so they will comply with any and all enslavement measures.

The Science of Fear: How The Elitists Use it to Control Us & How to Break Free

Larken Rose, the author of Most Dangerous Superstition, lays out just how horrifyingly devastating it is for humans to remain unevolved to the point that they will not say “no” to an immoral command. The primary threat to freedom and justice is not greed, or hatred, or any of the other emotions or human flaws usually blamed for such things. Instead, it is one ubiquitous superstition that infects the minds of people of all races, religions, and nationalities, which deceives decent, well-intentioned people into supporting and advocating violence and oppression. Even without making human beings one bit more wise or virtuous, removing that one superstition would remove the vast majority of injustice and suffering from the world.

Sheep: Watch How People Blindly Follow Orders From An “Authority” Figure

Instead of just blindly obeying the commands, think about it and ask if what you are doing is right. Do you have the moral right to take the rights of others? Applying even the most minimal amount of critical thinking to something can usually get people to what is right.  But you have to do be willing to take a look at yourself, and correct your mistakes yourself, and take responsibility for your own actions. Which is exactly why most Americans won’t.  Blaming a virus and blindly obeying the ruling class and it’s foot soldiers is much easier than critical thinking.

The police state and tyranny is brought to you by those willing to follow commands, regardless of the morality of the command.  Tyrants can’t have power without people willing to enforce the tyranny.  If there are no order followers, there are no orders.

Police Are Complicit in Politicians’ Disregard for the Rule of Law

This article was originally published by Ryan McMaken at The Mises Institute.

People of a certain age might remember the old John Birch Society slogan “Support your local police!” The idea here is that your local policeman is a liberty-loving buddy of yours who would only ever support just laws and constitutional mandates. Only those bad guys in the FBI or BATF would ever consider violating your rights.

Now, obviously that has always been a rather naïve fantasy, but the notion certainly has a long history of support among American conservatives. The idea that unionized, well-paid government employees sympathize with the common man instead of with the government that signs the cops’ checks apparently has long made sense (for some reason) to conservatives and many others.

David Icke To LEOs & Military: “Look Your Children In The Eye” & Tell Them YOU Enforced Tyranny

But thanks to the ongoing “state of emergency” and the fact that state governors, mayors, and health officials now rule by decree, we’re witnessing more and more how local law enforcement officers have no particular interest in the rule of law, the Bill of Rights, or basic human rights of any sort. Police have been at the forefront of arresting business owners for the “crime” of using their own private property, using city parks, and engaging in other peaceful activities.

As Judge Napolitano has noted, these “stay-at-home orders”—and the penalties that accompany them—aren’t even real laws since they were never passed by a legislature or brought into being by any process other than on the authority of a single person who is usually a state governor or municipal official. By no definition of “rule of law” do these measures meet basic moral requirements for their imposition on peaceful citizens.

But the police are enthusiastically enforcing these edicts nonetheless and using them as an excuse to harass the taxpayers.

Here are just a few examples from around the United States.

Keep in mind that no one is required to go near these places or interact with anyone involved. Those who wish to isolate themselves from these businesses and their clientele may freely do so. Yet these are just a handful of the many cases of police harassment involving citations, arrests, and other forms of coercion and intimidation brought against people who are just trying to live their lives. Nor should we assume that this is “as bad as it gets.” Since there is no longer any due process or public legislative process subject to checks and balances, governors and mayors can unilaterally decide at any time to ramp up social distancing requirements and business closures. If the public appears uncooperative, public officials can simply order police to be making mass arrests. We have no reason to think the police would not comply with this order.

After all, police personnel, who do not have a particularly impressive record when it comes to stopping or investigating real crime, have plenty of resources to crack down on nonviolent “perpetrators.”

The cases of New York and Odessa are instructive. Odessa law enforcement officers apparently have the extra time and resources to assemble a SWAT team in response to protests, but does this mean there is no real crime that needs investigating in Odessa? Of course not. According to the FBI’s 2018 crime survey, Odessa had 1,049 violent crimes in 2018, including 118 rapes and 819 aggravated assaults. If late 2019 and early 2020 were at all similar, then we’re talking about hundreds of violent crimes that Odessa-area police officials are ignoring in order to harass people for entering a tavern.

Indeed, if Odessa law enforcement agencies are anything like countless police agencies in other areas, only about half of the violent crimes are “resolved” at all. That is,

only 45 percent of violent crime lead to arrest and prosecution. That is, less than half of violent crimes result in what is known as a “clearance” of the crime. Property crime clearances are much worse. Only 17 percent of burglaries, arsons, and car thefts are “cleared.”

Among violent crimes, homicides experience the highest clearance rate by far, at 61 percent. Aggravated assault comes in at 53 percent, and rape at 34 percent.

But these are just cases where arrests are made and prosecutions are initiated. A smaller number of cases actually lead to convictions. A crime may be cleared even when the suspect is later exonerated.

New York is not exempt from these trends, yet the New York mayor recently dispatched one thousand cops to break up Jewish funerals and ensure that people don’t have barbecues on warm spring days.

By the way, there were more than forty-six thousand violent crimes in New York in 2018. But don’t fear, the police have extra personnel to come and break up your small backyard gathering.

There’s nothing surprising here, however. Police have long shown a lack of enthusiasm for addressing real crime, knowing that business owners, small-time drug users, and loiterers won’t fight back, and thus make for much better targets.

This is why police are often found to run and hide from truly violent criminals while the victims must fend for themselves, as in the case of the Parkland shooting or the case of the stabbing of Joseph Lozito.

Police are always careful to use the legal defense that they are not obligated to actually protect anyone from anything. The courts agree with this defense, and it is now well established legally that although you have an obligation to pay the police to “protect and serve,” the police have no obligation to actually provide protection.

But police officers and their bosses have convinced themselves that the really important policing right now involves hauling dog groomers off to jail and collecting revenue from parkgoers who are only standing five feet from the next person. But if you have a problem with real crime? You’re likely out of luck.

Cop to Other LEOs: “Stop Being Order Followers!”

We have witnessed a slew of doctors coming out and saying we’re being lied to about this virus and the government’s response to it.  Their response, by the way, was to exact tyranny on the globe and censor anyone who came forward.  Now, we have cops FINALLY coming forward and telling other LEOs to stop being order followers!

David Icke said it best when he asked the military and law enforcement to look their children in the eye and tell them they enforced the tyranny those kids will be forced to live under when they get older.  But now we have a cop who realizes that what is being done in immoral, wrong, and tyrannical.

David Icke To LEOs & Military: “Look Your Children In The Eye” & Tell Them YOU Enforced Tyranny

Most cops have aligned themselves with tyranny and have not taken the side of liberty and freedom, and fundamental human rights and dignity.  They have been just as power-hungry as the politicians whose orders they follow mindlessly.  But we all need to thank this cop for speaking up and telling others to stop the tyrannical Gestapo bullshit. So again, thank you.

“We need to start looking at ourselves as officers and thinking ‘is what I’m doing right?’”

I can tell all cops right now that what you are doing is not right. It is not moral to arrest or harass peaceful people, regardless of the “law” or “legality.” Legality is not morality, in fact, what the Gestapo did for the Nazis was very much legal, but it was one of the least moral atrocities ever committed.  And cops in the United States are doing the exact same thing right now, on American soil to the peaceful citizens trying to feed their families or enjoy a day in the sun at the beach.

“I want to remind you that regardless of where you stand on the coronavirus, we don’t have the authority to do those things to people just because a mayor or a governor tells you otherwise and I don’t care if it’s your sergeant or chief of police, we don’t get to violate people’s constitutional rights because somebody in our chain of command tells us otherwise.

No one has the right or the authority to violate anyone else’s rights ever, whether they’ve been commanded to or not. Politicians can bark orders all day, but it’s those who obey and use force and violence to “enforce” those commands that bear moral culpability for their crimes against humanity.  We all have free will, and it sure would be nice if the cops stepped up their critical thinking skills and used theirs to actually help us beat back this tyrannical power grab instead of obeying. There are no orders if there are no order followers.

“We’re violating people’s rights and taking money from them or even worse, arresting them and depriving them of their freedom when they are exercising their constitutional rights!

What are you, the Gestapo? Is this 1930s Nazi Germany?

Our power as law enforcement officers is nothing more than a facade. “

And once people figure that out, and they’ve been pushed too far and backed into corners with no option but to fight back, they will. And they will remember who took their rights and liberty and freedom from them, and it wasn’t the guy giving the commands. It was the guy who followed those orders. Cops are no less or no more of a human being than the rest of us are.

“I’m afraid these actions are going to wake a sleeping giant, i.e., the American people.”

The cop is asking his fellow law enforcement officers to look themselves in the mirror and understand what they are doing to people. He understands that there is only so far you can push the public before they realize they outnumber cops 10,000 to 1.  Those aren’t good odds, and it would be in all LEOs best interests to stop enforcing tyranny.

This ends when we say it does.  When we stop following orders. As David Icke said, stop “acquiescing to the illusion of power.”

Small Business Owners Take Back Their Rights, Defy Orders To Stay Closed

Salon owner Shelley Luther rips up a citation from the police state for defying tyrannical orders to close her business.

Not only has one salon owner refused to close, even after a citation from the overbearing police state we’re being subjected to, but she also said she’s not paying the fine and ripped up the citation in front of 100 people.  Which was also in violation of totalitarian “social distancing” commands.

This is exactly what needs to happen all over the United States, and the world.  We need to come together, and live freely so the tyrants who think they can control us continue to lose power. We’ve said it before, this is the only option. Protesting is simply begging those who put the chains on you to take them off. Disobeying is breaking those chains yourself.

After Brainwashing People For Decades, MSM and Governments Are Losing Control of People

We should have all seen this coming.  People are finally waking up, but it needs to happen faster if we want to avoid complete totalitarianism and poverty.

Protests Expand: Is Massive Civil Disobedience Next?

Standing up to tyranny and the police state takes courage, but there’s true power in it. In Dallas Texas, hair salon owner Shelley Luther was issued a citation but she still refused to close her business. She had two stylists and a nail technician on duty, a fraction of her normal staff. Several supporters came to the salon, including a man carrying a long gun he made into a pole for a Texas flag with a coiled snake on it reading “Don’t Tread on Me,” according to propaganda outlet, ABC News. Luther went on to rip up her citation:

A Houston-area restaurant opened to customers who wanted to eat inside, demarcating available tables by the color of their tablecloths in an effort to ensure social distancing. A table with a white cloth was open for seating. A table with a black cloth was closed.

“The right to open up in a safe manner, that should be our right,” said Matt Brice, owner of Federal American Grill in the upscale enclave of Hedwig Village. “We shouldn’t be told we have to shut our business down.”

In Auburn, California, hair salons have also defied orders to shut down their businesses and impoverish themselves. “I have to do what I have to do. I’m fighting to provide for my children and myself and my family right now,” explained Curtis. “It’s been very hard. I’m pregnant. I have children at home,” said For Clip Cage owner Breann Curtis. After losing thousands of dollars, Curtis told FOX40 that it was time to take a chance and reopen.

She was forced to close her shop in March meant she could no longer work to support her family, missing out on thousands of dollars in lost income.

It’s never easy to take a stand against tyranny, especially because they often employ the threat and use of violence to keep their slaves in line.  Anyone caring for their basic human rights should support those who are disobeying the tyrants.  The goal has been impoverishment, and that’s become apparent.  This was never about health, but total and complete enslavement.

People all over the country are standing up in defiance of tyranny.  Hopefully, the powers-that-shouldn’t-be get the message soon that we are not their cattle. We are not their slaves. We are free human beings capable of living without them.  We don’t need them. They need us, and Americans everywhere are removing their consent to be governed.

Business owners everywhere are starting to figure it out! It’s past time to rise up, and get off your knees!

Overlooked Prepping Skill: Critical Thinking

So many preppers have stockpiles of food and water, generators, and even extra ammunition.  While these preps are great, they must accompany the overlooked (and not taught in public schools) skill of critical thinking.

We’ve all heard the phrase “children are not taught how to think, but what to think” when it comes to public school education/indoctrination.  Making the mistake of not learning how to think critically outside of your personal beliefs could be a problem in a survival situation. It is vital that preppers understand the concept of critical thinking.

Critical thinking is the ability to think in an organized and rational manner in order to understand connections between ideas and/or facts. It helps you decide what to believe in. In other words, it’s “thinking about thinking”—identifying, analyzing, and then fixing flaws in the way we think. For example, instead of being told you must say the Pledge of Allegiance and immediately follow the order, you contemplate why you were given that command.

A set of morals often arises once critical thinking is applied. But that’s not the only added benefit. Knowing what to do, and how to go about it in a survival situation is another. You could have all the preps in the world, but not knowing how to use them or the reason why it’s in your stash, to begin with, could be a huge pitfall.

Thinking for yourself outside of what you’ve been told is critical in survival. But how do you teach yourself this powerful and overlooked skill? Start by questioning everything. Don’t just believe something because it’s being said by an athlete, politician, or celebrity.  These people are known to only promote things that add to their own power and wealth.  No politician will advance freedom because that would mean they’ve got to give up some power. This and other skills are vital to understand especially if we ever face a massive societal collapse.

The book titled Think for Yourself: A Critical Thinking Workbook for Beginners expertly lays out ways to improve the skill that’s vital to survival.

We all hear that old line that children are only taught what to think, not how to think. Today’s chaotic and reactionary society is a case study for why this is a tragedy. Childhood education is lacking the most fundamental building block for the development of rational adults; deliberate instruction in critical thinking. Critical thinking is one of the most important skills we can develop. It is highly prized by employers and it is how we can take proactive control of our own lives, but it isn’t taught in a cohesive fashion to young people. After searching for an unbiased/apolitical homeschool lesson plan on the subject and coming up empty-handed, the author developed her own lesson plan and is now sharing it with anyone who may find it useful. This workbook aims to expose beginners to some of the most foundational concepts underpinning this crucial skill in a few concise chapters, including: deductive, inductive, and abductive reasoning, logical fallacies, first principles, and more. A basic format for critical thinking is laid out in steps, followed by practice pages and room for the reader to record research resources. Students are encouraged to use this no-frills workbook as a starting point then research the topic independently in order to foster the development of their own critical thinking skills. This title is a solid first step on a life-long journey of discovery and capability. Give yourself or your children the gift of clarity and empowerment. It is indispensable in today’s world. Intended for independent learners.

Public Schools Are Preparing America’s Children For Life In A Police State

“Governments don’t want a population capable of critical thinking, they want obedient workers, people just smart enough to run the machines and just dumb enough to passively accept their situation.” –George Carlin

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out… without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” –H.L. Mencken
